So always make sure that whatever method works best for YOU! - Multiply estimated calorie needs by 1-2% higher than actual intake until reaching desired weight loss goal which I recommend doing in stages rather than all at once since this allows body time periods between stages where hunger can be satisfied without too much effort required."
