The jury's still out about Yellow.
Anybody else a little disappointed with how the Dragon Keepers look under their masks? Idk they just look very generic to me - except green but not by much. (Haven't seen yellow yet so that could change)
Or maybe I just like them better with their masks on is all.

The whumpee didn’t have anything in their cell, not a window, not a blanket, it was just a concrete box to keep them inside. The whumpee would pace for hours, at one point looking forwards to the whumper’s visits just for a chance to finally leave their prison.

・。・。・。・。・。・。・。・。・。・。・。・。・。
No one had told you just what you were signing up for when you said wanted to be a ranger. If you had known back then, to before you had joined up with their lot… you've backed out the first chance you got.
Between the endless patrols the Red Battalion has you going on, on a daily. The occasional battle with monsters and dusters. And playing niceties with the raving fans and naysayers—and that's as politely as you will put it—alike. You are exhausted. Bone-tired.
But most of all, you are tired of putting on a facade whenever you find yourself paired up with the Red Battalion's very own Red Keeper; Sōusei Akabane.
The man is unpleasant, putting it mildly.
But even with Akabane's wretched personality, the man surprises you in just how much leeway he gives you — you've known him to kill subordinates for even less of the “disrespect” you've shown him.
You shuttered thinking back on it.
But how can a Junior Third Class ranger be placed on his team so often anyway?! It reeks of foul play. Someone must want you dead.
But that's neither here nor there. Right now, you are tired, both emotionally and physically, and a bit hungry.
You've both made your rounds late into the evening, and now you just want to get dinner and head home.
You're contemplating on how you can ditch your superior when-
GUUUOOOAAAAwwwrrrrrr…
… Was that…? No way!
Immediately you whip your head to look at Akabane but are met with his back; body turned away from you. Purposely or not, you do not know.
Unbeknown to you, Akabane presses a hand to his abdomen in the hopes of stifling the rumbling of his empty stomach. Ough, he didn't get enough to eat during lunch. Damn that no named ranger it was all his fault, his stomach makes an unhappy gurgle at the memory.
Akabane's handsome face twists up into an ugly sneer, fingers pressing insistingly into a grumbling belly. Oh, shut up, you-
GUUUOOOAAAAWWWRRRRRR
And there it is again! And much louder now, too, you're sure of it.
You can barely keep the ear-splitting grin that's threatening to come out at bay. But you can't resist asking, even though it's plain as day to see.
“Was that your stomach… sir?” You tap on a “Sir” there, remembering yourself.
There's no response.
A grin curls on your lips. The “prim and proper” Red Keeper — vain and egotistical — has just shown a side of himself that he'd never want anyone, especially the public, to see, much less hear.
You have to play this right, lest you end up dead.
“Your stomach is growling pretty loud, sir. Are you hungry?”
He doesn't say anything for the longest time that you're beginning to worry.
“… It would appear so. Hm.” Akabane says, his tone betrays nothing. He doesn't add anything else after that.
The silence is deafening, but you wait patiently this time.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, he whips around to face you—startling you—flashing that signature dazzling smile; the one he's oh so practised for the viewers.
“Let's grab dinner, you and I! I know of a great restaurant close by, my treat. So as long as you never mention this incident. Ever.” His tone is deadly.
Still reeling from Akabane's sudden 180°, you find yourself thoughtlessly agreeing to his invitation. “Um, I… Sure, as long as you're buying.”
Man, you really should've bailed when you had the chance.

I'm sorry I should be normal about that whole scene but I'm not 😔
I really like how he smiles, so very malicious and condescending. (When the hero persona is off)
Then this whole scene as well:

Tiny, weak, and helpless against a much stronger power.

But defiant nonetheless :)

Hahaha, yes, yes, nice. Fight on, D!
