Low calorie Sparkling Frozen Pink Lemonade
Two small frozen strawberries
Two tablespoons lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
One tablespoon zero calorie sweetener of choice
1/4th cup sparkling water (I used polar pink lemonade seltzer, but plain works just fine)
One cup of ice
Blend
It’s really filling and refreshing, I could (and often do) drink it every morning

Being jealous of friends or people who have been severely underweight/ hospitalized
Hundreds of awkward angle body checking photos
Looking at the size of your legs/body in every mirror, reflection, shop window
Being disgusted at watching people eat
Comparing people’s body size and weight to yours before noticing anything else about them
Being obsessed with cooking/dieting/food programmes
The pain of hitting your hip bone on a table
Hating yourself for judging anyone who is healthy or overweight
Being proud of your lowest weight once recovered/weight restored
Eye rolls when anyone without an ED discusses their new diet/weight loss
Eating every tiny bit of a specific calorie portioned food because damn if you’ve counted those calories you are gonna enjoy them
Feeling embarrassed for eating ‘unhealthy’ foods because people assume you eat nothing/survive on lettuce
‘Wow you’re actually eating’ kill me
Not enjoying excercise or wanting to work out
Alternating between being scared of all food and wanting to consume everything in sight
Really horrific awful bad breath (like seriously bad)
One day you’re too scared to eat a tomato the next you eat chocolate without worrying about it

Low calorie Binge-stopping snack!
A problem I always have when I binge -which I hardly do anymore, and I’ll post the tips that helped me stop later- is that I can never find anything sweet or salty enough Thats low enough in calories to get that feeling of binging over, but with much less regret later on.
Chocolate peanut butter popcorn! This is literally so easy to make- you’ll need;
2 cups Air-popped popcorn (62 cal)
2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder (20 cal, I use the Hershey’s brand)
One tbs PB Fit (35 cal)
A pinch of salt
3 tbs water (add more if needed)
Sweetener of choice, to taste.
Alright, so this is so simple! First, mix your cocoa powder with 1 1/2 to 2 tbs water to it, until it’s creamy, but liquidy enough to be drizzled. Add in your sweetener to taste, I like it really sweet when I binge, so I use about a tablespoon. Next, in a different dish, mix your PB fit with 1-2 tbs hot water. Add a pinch of salt, and sweetener if you wish. Next, drizzle these sauces over your popcorn, and enjoy! It’s sweet and salty and you have to chew each peice, which gives you more time to control your binge and feel more full.
