Yeah, he's definitely running a fever.

When Raph is sick, he just doesn't have the energy to be mad and show small signs of affection.

But if he's running a fever, then he does stuff like this, saying how much he loves or likes everyone, hugging and cuddling with people, and churrs a lot.

And Raph usually hates doing all of those things.
