This account is one of MANY bots that steals real people's gofundmes and reposts them with a fake gofundme/donation link and then reaches out to people via ask box requesting donations. If they send you an ask requesting donations it is ALWAYS a scam. It's a very common tumblr scam, and I've been around long enough I've seen it all.

There are other accounts I can't remember off the top of my head who actively track these scam accounts to keep people aware, and if you just search "tumblr ask scam" or something similar you'll see LOTS of posts explaining it all. Please be careful!
