Membership Service

Your membership starts as soon as you set up payment and subscribe with iTunes.

Your weekly/monthly charge will occur on the last day of the current billing period. We’ll renew your membership for you (unless auto-renewal is turned off 24 hours before the end of your billing cycle). Once you’re a member, you can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal under Account Settings.

Membership Benefits:

With the premium plan, you can always unlock the limitation to connect to all VIP servers provided by iFlip VPN.

Cancel Your Premium Membership

(1) In-app plan automatically renews until canceled.

(2) If you cancel, you can keep using the current subscription until the next billing date.

(3) If you signed up for a free trial and you don’t want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

How to See or Cancel Subscription on Your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch?

(1) Open the Settings on your device.

(2) Tap your name.

(3) Tap “Subscriptions”. If you don’t see “Subscriptions”, tap “iTunes & App Store” > tap your Apple ID > tap “View Apple ID” > sign in > scroll down to Subscriptions > tap “Subscriptions”.

(4) Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

(5) Tap “Cancel Subscription”. If you don’t see “Cancel Subscription”, it means it is already canceled and won’t renew.

Changes to the Membership Service terms

We may change the Membership Service terms from time to time so we encourage you to periodically review the most up-to-date version. If they change, you will have the opportunity to review the new terms when you purchase any membership service next time.

By completing the purchase, you signify your agreement to the new Service terms, and further, that they will apply to your use of the Service as a whole (including any services you have purchased in the past) and all subsequent purchases (until the terms change again).

If you refuse to accept the updated Service terms, then you may not buy any additional services and the latest version of the Membership Service terms that you accepted will continue to apply to your use of previously purchased services.

Automatic Renewal Clause

iFlip VPN offers subscription-based access to the premium account. Like most in-app purchases, subscriptions will automatically renew until you choose to cancel them.

1. Payment: 1 Month Plan/6 Months Plan/12 Months Plan are auto-renew plans. Once it is confirmed, the charge will be debited from your iTunes account.

2. Automatic Renewal: It will automatically debit from your iTunes account 24 hours before your current subscription expires, thus the service time of the premium plan will be correspondingly extended.

3. Manage or Cancel Subscription: If you want to manage or cancel your subscriptions from your iOS devices, you may follow the following steps to manage your subscriptions.

(1) Go to “Settings” > “iTunes & App Store”.

(2) Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

(3) Tap “View Apple ID”. You need to sign in or use Touch ID in this step.

(4) Tap “Subscriptions”.

(5) Find iFlip VPN and tap it.

Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap the “Cancel Subscription” to cancel your subscription. After your cancellation, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
