Kinda wish there were more of them and more variety in main character for them but I love that they exist and I love reading them anyways because they are so much fun

#all the hermits all shoved in on space living together #and also all dealing with the same sudden upset to their lives and truama that comes with everything that happened #most of what I've seen is tango centric for some reason #kinda wish there were more ren and doc guven that that was their canon and all #but I do really like the tango stuff because he does have ine of the more dramatic situations and transitions what with his iwn finale #just me rambling

Imagining little kisses on critter-ish hybrid ears is so cute, just them flicking and twitching at soft little kissies, while the person they belong to giggles and shies away with all that soft blushing and butterflies

Mildly annoying/inconvenient to enjoy a pair of characters as both a ship and as platonic friends. 'cus like. On one hand Ren & Doc who call each other "brother" (like they actually did in hc8) and see each other as sworn siblings or brothers from different mothers and general platonic comradely is really sweet and I love them so much, on the other hand Doc made that one tweet saying he wants to be shipped with Ren and I think they're fun and silly as romantic partners too and like the idea of them having a more standard romantic structured life together in some ways

And like. I am so down for platonic life partners and house sharing and co-parenting that the difference between the two is so negligible a lot of the time that it's hard to choose which one to go for for any specific idea. It's just do they call each other brother and friend or do they flirt and kiss on the lips. And that's about it
