Thinking about all of the possible scenarios where Gideon would've had to break up a fight between MC and Xihnir because MC (a child) does something appropriate for their age and Xihnir (a manchild) decides to stoop to their level.

Just Gideon literally having to pry a sword out of Xihnir's hand while he has MC backed into a corner because "HOW DARE MC CALL HIM "LORD MCFARTFACE, LOVER OF FARTS"??!?!"

What are the reactions to the ROs finding MC crying? This could be crushing or relationship and it could be for whatever reason— someone made them cry, they’re stressed, it just feels like a crying type of moment or something.

j would quietly sit next to you and hold your hand; only if you'll let him. brushing his thumb against the corner of your leaky eyelids to let you know he's here.

d would hold your face in their hands, asking quietly "why's my pretty gem crying, hm?" listening to you attentively if you so chose them while kissing your tears tenderly. they'd take you somewhere private so they can make sure how much you're loved and cared for by them.

l, admittedly, is terrible with comfort. and avoids "negative" emotions at all cost. but, they do feel something towards you. so, they'd stand (awkwardly) there with you and wait till you've calmed down a bit before they meekly say: if you wish to talk, i'm here.

k would grow anxious, which translates into becoming extremely talkative. only because they'd want to cheer you up. and maybe they will when they slip up and say something utterly dumb.

c feels extreme sadness or worry whenever they see someone cry; especially when it's you. it's embarrassing how easy they'd tear up as they'd listen to your concerns, all the while holding your hand.

s would leave you alone. only because they'd want others to leave them alone too if they'd cry openly. but they'd make sure to have water and a small snack near your bedside once you've returned to your quarters.

x apologizes profusely when you cry. utterly upset at the idea they could've caused your pain unknowingly, even if they aren't the reason. they'd wrap you up in a hug, kissing your cheek as they speak words of reassurances.

"stop being silly, name," s shakes you off, failing to fight off the smile taking over their face before composing themselves again. "there's too much work to be done."

"and i can peer through the whole galaxy," x replies as they gaze deep in your eyes. giving you the biggest grin; despite their cheeks being squished in your hands.

j holds your wrists, letting his hands linger over yours before removing them. "if you'll excuse me," he says, unusually polite. "some of us have much more important things to attend to."

k tries their hardest to stay grounded. "then, i guess, that means the world is nothing without their moon?" they ask shyly, as red dust blooms ever faintly from their freckled nose.

"oh, name," d eyes you coyly while slowly leaning closer. "it would be silly of me not to kiss you at this very moment," d whispers, placing a meek kiss on the tip of your nose.

c would quietly watch you as you hold their face, brush the hair from their eyes and smile at them. maybe even reaching to hold your close, if they're bold enough.

l hesitates before pulling away. holding their cheeks before hugging themself for comfort. "that's very nice of you," they say politely before turning to leave. not before giving you one last look.

despite all the teasing and flirty letters d's been sending you, detailing about how they'd kiss you till their lips hurt; they absolutely wouldn't know how to react. in all honesty, d would run away too and hide from the world to get over their initial embarrassment.

l would follow you like a lost puppy. confused, but definitely excited for more. once they'd develop the nerve, i'm sure l would pull the same trick on you. then they'd hide from you that you'd begin to panic, thinking that you lost them or they died.

before you could even run away, s already caught you by the hand; pulling you into a hug so you won't escape. they wouldn't say anything, just hold you.

faking a secret for a kiss is something x does all the time. so, this time around is your little revenge story on them. i'd imagine x would chase after you, to give you one in return. like a silly little game of tag.

c, my poor baby, is a little dumb. they'd genuinely think you'd have a super duper big secret to tell them. and c takes all secrets very seriously. so never mind how tingly their face is! c will hold you by the arms before you could run away and swear to you that they'd never tell a soul.

all of k's dreams came too quickly and ended too soon. k wouldn't move from where they're at. being a burning mess and hoping that you'd come back soon; hoping to be held by you and return the favor.

if you did that in public, j would wipe it off and throw a mini temper tantrum. in private, he'd sulk that you'd run away. but j's too prideful to chase after you, much less ask you for more.

would it be okay if before a chapter starts you make it so warnings are optional to view? im okay with literally anything and i'd prefer not to get spoiled about what's in the chapter

yeah, i can take it into consideration. and i can see where you're coming from. however, the content warnings listed are major things that take place in the book as a whole. so, there's little to no spoiling with each individual chapter.

it's also for readers (like myself) who skip or forget to check the trigger list. in turn, ending up deeply disturbed by certain materials read. i just want everyone to know what exactly they're getting into.
