I was confronted by six uniformed and armed police officers.

I was eventually taken down, where I spent about 1/2 an hour to an hour on the ground, with my hand and feet held by two separate officers, while a third stepped on my back and crushed my rib cage, making it both impossible to breathe nor continue to scream that I was being attacked by 6 policemen. The fourth kept his boot squarely on my neck, while they said nothing.

Eventually, they allowed me to get up, and they placed me in the back of the squad car, did not say why they were there, why they assaulted me, then they failed to mirandize me and read me my rights.

They took me the tombs, and then later transferred me to Rikers Island, where I was stripped of my property. and given the proverbial and cliche orange jumpsuit. I was there for a week before I was finally allowed to speak with “counsel”, my appointed Legal AID Counsel, Marcia Seckler. It was the same day (week) that both Dominique Strauss Kahn and Naomi Campbell attacked maids who worked in a hotel.

She told me I had no credibility, and that she would not let me speak on my own behalf to the grand jury.

She very casually told me that there had been a witness to the arrest who filed a complaint with the CCRB. When I told her I wanted to fight this out in court, she said she recommended that I plead down the 7 felony counts to a misdemeanor, and I could avoid jail time if I entered a program: cases_org.

I plead guilty to one charge of damaging a police car. What are the NYPD seem to forget, is that in 2001 the Police Widows And Orphans charity solicited me on my cell phone: [phone], at 40 Fifth Avenue, 11C, 10011 | Soliciting a $500.00 donation, he told me that I would get a “badge” for “the car”, though this didn’t in any way absolve me from getting a ticket, should I be pulled over for speeding by an officer of the law. I explained to him that I didn’t have that much in my personal account, but would give what I could. I finally agreed to come down, where he had asked me to meet him for the drop. He asked me to meet him at the pay telephone booth, where I handed him a check from my Citibank.com personal account, for $111.11. I’m not one to play “victim” or be “victimized”, but I do know what are proper moral, ethical & legal standards.

I apologize to all of those who found a nude photo of me or a body part as offensive. it was admittedly juvenile, and has probably done no good for my reputation, fundability or ability to engage in corporate ventures.

i especially find heinous, all of the volunteer work I did to corral and fail to attempt a global cure for HIV/AIDS.

Since this lawsuit, about housing (decided on during the past two administrations: Henrietta D v Giuliani and and Henrietta D v Bloomberg, after upon which reaching the Supreme Court on appeal, the city failed to comply with the decision of the Supreme Court, or the Americans with Disabilities Act, is against Mayor DeBlasio, (who while on the NYC Council, supported the effort of then Mayor Giuliani), I strongly suggest that Mayor DeBlasio checks the number of communications and the contents therein, which he received from me via the Kiosk.

You acknowledged, on one occasion, when I contacted you via the NYC.gov website, that I would like to have an hour of your time to sit and discuss one off two things: the inadequacy of your housing services, and how I was prepared to file another class action lawsuit against the City of New York, William DeBlasio, Yourself, HRA and every case manager I had, starting with Modupe Mabionuri and Audrey Duverglas (who allowed my first apartment, as well as all of my belongings, including the furnishings from Housing Works to be sent to a New York City Marshall, after which they were all sold at auction, because I did not respond within 30 Days) to my second apartment, from which I was also evicted, and from which my property, held by the landlord, was eventually thrown out, to the housing I was given in the Bronx, where I believe I briefly met with the District Attorney of NYC, in a basement apartment, where the ceiling collapsed, spewing raw sewage on me and all my belongings, resulting in me finally taking the contents of my HASA file, and placing it with another client with what little property I had for safekeeping.

Your response only lends credence to the fact that your HIPPA release from, REQUIRED to be signed, and DISCLOSED to HRA HASA « Emergency Housing » ($45/day/room = $1,600/mo/room in a 3 BR apt w/restrictions while you will reimburse $1600/mo for an apartment?

Governor Pataki responded to my second Fair Hearing Appeal, with the calculation of what I (and each resident on MEDICAID: cash assistance and food stamps) should have received: in a LUMP SUM CHECK (the difference between that number and what they currently receive).

...ONLY by disclosing to a landlord someone’s confidential health information, which is the opposite of protecting it?
