Sharkie's Magikarp Sanctuary is a Magikarp sanctuary located off of Lilycove City in Hoenn. The sanctuary focuses on the rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption of Magikarp.

Magikarp are a highly misunderstood Pokemon. Most people assume they are an incredibly basic and dull, but resilient Pokemon. This is far from the truth. Magikarp are intelligent and unique creatures, with a boatload of personality!

Sadly, Magikarp are often mistreated due to these unfounded assumptions. Sharkie's Magikarp Sanctuary helps keep the Magikarp population, both wild and in captivity, happy and healthy.

The sanctuary has multiple different ponds with different focuses. There are Magikarp available for adoption, as well as care for sick and unwell Karp, and a pond for rehabilitation and release.

They also have visitation available. Please respect their rules when visiting! The sanctuary works hard to keep the Magikarp there healthy and happy, as well as provide an educational resource on the vibrant world of Magikarp.
