È come se il cibo fosse diventato una sorta di punizione.

Quando succede qualcosa a causa mia, lo stomaco automaticamente si chiude seguendo il pensiero che “non merito di mangiare”.

E mi lascio così, in uno stato che non è di sofferenza, ma quasi di apatia. Mentre il senso di colpa mi divora.

E non so distinguere le cose per cui davvero dovrei sentirmi in colpa, cosa è davvero causa mia, cosa, magari, è soltanto un’esagerazione altrui.

Per la mia testa è colpa mia e basta.

Perché non ho fatto abbastanza, e perché non sono abbastanza. Mai.

(Vorrei soltanto che questo tipo di emozioni mi distruggesse una volta per tutte)
