What to consider when choosing a hotel for your business trip?
Booking a hotel for a business trip is an exciting, but stressful experience. You want to find the perfect meeting venue in Dubai but you need to consider the individual needs of your team as well.
We’ve put together this guide to help you book your next meeting in style – from location and accessibility, through equipment and catering options, plus Wi-Fi access in rooms.
Location
Location is key. You want to be as close to the airport, conference venue and other places of interest as possible. If you’re taking clients out for dinner or drinks, it can help if they don't have too much luggage because then they can walk from their hotel room straight into the restaurant or bar area without having to worry about carrying their own bags.
If your event has multiple days of programming and you need somewhere for delegates to stay after each day of events (like networking), then consider staying in one place or even book a hotel with meeting rooms for all three days so that everyone has a home base where everything happens during those days together rather than going back and forth between different hotels every night.
Meeting rooms and breakout areas
When you're booking a hotel, it's important to consider how many meeting rooms you'll need. If your business has a big team and lots of people are traveling together, then it might make sense to book an entire floor of rooms just for the meetings. But if your company only needs one or two rooms (or none at all), then there won't be any point in paying extra for that luxury.
The same goes for breakout areas: Is it necessary? Will anyone really use them? It's also worth remembering that some hotels have smaller meeting spaces than others—so if you're looking at small conference tables in front of big screens with minimal furniture and lighting options, this could affect how much money goes into something like a "breakout area."
You will find some of the best meeting rooms in Dubai at the H Dubai hotel. The hotel has a number of meeting rooms with all the other amenities. So, keep in mind if you want a hotel with a meeting room on Sheikh Zayed road, H hotel is your answer!
Parking, transport links and accessibility
When you are planning a business trip, it is important to keep the following factors in mind:
Parking. Parking is always an issue when traveling with a large group of people and it can get expensive. If you are looking for cheaper alternatives, consider public transport or staying at an airport hotel that has parking facilities nearby (such as Holiday Inn Airport).
Transport links and accessibility. The closer your hotel is to the airport, train station or other main transport hubs, the easier it will be for everyone in your party (and especially those who don't drive) on arrival day. You should also check if there are any nearby parking facilities where people can leave their cars before flying out!
Equipment, catering and Wi-Fi
Equipment. Most hotels have a projector and screen, but if you're planning a large event, it's worth asking about other equipment that can make your meeting more productive.
The number of people you can accommodate. Most hotels will have tables for 100 or more people and chairs for about half that many; some have roomier suites where up to 200 guests can gather if necessary (but don't expect anything close to what would be found at an actual business conference). You'll want to know how many employees are on board with this plan before booking—they may not all show up at once!
Catering service? A catering service doesn't always come standard with every hotel room (though some do), but if there isn't one available through the front desk staff, try asking about nearby options such as fast food joints near your destination or local restaurants serving similar fare as what would typically be served in those locations during normal hours of operation such as breakfast time.
What extras does the hotel offer?
As you're deciding on a hotel, it's important to think about what kind of extras they offer. There are a lot of different things that hotels offer, but some are more important than others when you're booking a business trip.
If the hotel offers breakfast and lunch meals, then this will help give your team something to eat during their stay. You should also check if there are any other options for dinner (like room service) or if there are snack bars available in the lobby area where people can grab something to eat before heading back out on your meeting agenda.
Other useful amenities include conference facilities like boardrooms and meeting rooms; gym/spa facilities; business centers where people can get Internet access while they wait; concierge services that coordinate transportation between meetings or events outside of city limits
Final words
Booking a hotel for a business trip can be a stressful experience, especially when you factor in your delegates' needs as well as your own.
We hope this guide has helped you decide what to look for when booking a hotel for your next business trip. Remember, the most important thing is to make sure it fits in with your needs and budget, so don’t be afraid to ask questions!

Top Factors to Consider When Looking to Rent a Meeting Room in Dubai
Dubai is one of the most popular destinations for business events. This city offers a wide range of meeting spaces and facilities that make it possible to host any kind of event or conference. One of these facilities is the meeting room, which can be rented on an hourly basis or for longer periods as well.
The following points should be considered when deciding to rent a meeting room in Dubai:
Think About Your Budget
The most important thing to consider is your budget. The cost of renting a meeting room will depend on many factors, including the number of guests who are expected to attend your event and how much you want to spend on it. You should also consider whether or not there are any additional costs associated with hiring an event space like food and beverage services or staging equipment (if applicable).
If you do not know what kind of budget you have available for this project, ask yourself these questions:
Do I have enough money saved up?
Is my line item for rent high enough or low enough?
What about interest rates; do they make sense for me now vs later?
Consider the Size of the Meeting Room
The size of the meeting room is another important factor to consider. The size of the meeting room will depend on the number of people you want to accommodate at one time, and it also depends on your purpose for having a large attendance.
For example, if you need to hold an event that requires seating for more than 150 people in one location at once (like an awards ceremony or conference), then a smaller space may not be ideal.
Conduct a Thorough Research on the Facility
When you are planning to rent a hotel with a meeting room in Dubai, there are many things that you should consider. The important thing that needs to be done is to conduct thorough research on the facility before making your final decision. You can do this by reading reviews of different facilities and checking the facilities offered by them. You can also check their location to know whether it is close enough or far away from where you live.
Food and Beverage
Food and beverage service is a crucial part of any business meeting. You need to make sure that the food and beverage service is of good quality, as it is one of the things that attendees will remember most about your event. The food or drink should be able to cater to the needs of all your attendees, so you do not end up with complaints later on in case someone does not like something on offer or feels like there was not enough variety in their meal choices.
Equipment and Technology to be Available in The Meeting Room
The meeting room should be equipped with a whiteboard, projector, sound system and Wi-Fi connection.
The thing that you need to consider is whether or not you want to hire an external company or if your company can provide all these facilities for free. If this is not possible then it would be wise for you to contact event management companies who offer affordable rates for their services.
Getting Some Additional Services with the Renting of a Meeting Room in Dubai
Additional services can be provided by the venue. The additional services could include catering, audio-visual equipment and so on. These additional services should be discussed with the venue before booking your meeting room in Dubai. You should also inform them about your budget for renting a meeting room and what kind of event you would like to hold at their venue.
You should also negotiate about additional charges for certain items such as:
Catering – If you want to have lunch or dinner at the meeting place then some extra charges will apply depending on how many people will be attending such events.
Audio Visual Equipment – It may not be necessary, but it depends on what type of occasion it is; if there are lots of people attending then having video conference calls or presentations might become necessary so this would incur extra charges.
Overall, considering these elements will help make your meeting an event with a difference. And when you want to make an impact, there is no better place to hold a meeting than The  H hotel Dubai which has the best meeting rooms in Dubai.
Final word
I hope these points will help you to identify what you want to look out for when renting a conference room in Dubai. There are a lot of people looking to rent these days so use the factors mentioned above to guide you and make sure that you get the best value for your money as well as get the rooms and services that you need.

What Hotels Can Do to Help You Succeed at Your Next Event?
You have probably heard the saying, "Business is business." You also know that being a host can be an awesome experience, but before you get started, you should have your ducks in a row.
Here are some ways your hotel can help you pull off a fruitful business event.
Taking Innovative Approaches to Ensure Client Satisfaction
Detail-oriented attention is unquestionably vital in making a favorable impression on clients who choose hotels for their events. But this is not all; you should also carry out things differently. It is critical to be the first to introduce trends or to do something that performs well for your clients' business events.
How exactly do you plan to accomplish this?
Keep your mind open for fresh ideas from clients or think out of the box for creative ideas
Take inspiration from chats with visitors all the time since conversations and particular behaviors may indicate so much about what they want that you may not be offering right now. Determine how you can apply your clients' suggestions to your operations and notice the effect these ideas make in assuring visitor pleasure.
Provide the most updated and outstanding technology for events
If your hotel does not have a comprehensive set of high-quality event equipment, make sure you know who the top providers in your region are. This way, when event planners get together, you can readily recommend a reputable third-party provider to them. The secret here is to always be prepared with the best option.
For that prioritize the best meeting room in Dubai which will make your meeting environment exceptionally great and cheerful so that you have no chance of failure.
Increase the effectiveness of your hospitality and reception services
It is not enough to have multilingual people who can aid with communication; you must also concentrate on how your hotel receives and supports event attendees.
Improve pleasantries and ensure that your concierge crew is as friendly to everyone as feasible. There should be no questions concerning the event, the hotel's services, or the city (which event attendees may want to visit) that the concierge or other workers cannot answer.
Similarly, designating or re-training lift operators may be beneficial. Educate them about the hotel so that they may inform customers about the many advantages of each floor. This is useful for attendees who want to spend their leisure time exploring the hotel and getting the most out of the event.
It is worth noting that having professionally qualified elevator operators may give your hotel a genuinely elegant look.
There are many hotels with meeting rooms in Dubai which ensures that your experience with them and their team is worth so you keep in mind their hotel when arranging your next meeting in Dubai.
Keep multi-linguistic people on hand
Offering multilingual communication services, particularly at the information desk, can help to avoid confusion and long lines, which are common problems at large events.
When there are people who can act as "communication bridges," events function more smoothly. This is essential, especially in Dubai, where people from all over the world congregate.
Provide workers that have been properly trained to serve at the event
It is really helpful to have a group of the hotel staff that is well-versed in the event's requirements. With additional event planners on-site to facilitate the activity, any concerns that may emerge may be dealt with responsibly, immediately, and efficiently.
Before the business event begins, the event organizer or emcee might remind attendees who to contact if they have any complaints regarding the event.
Make hotel packages specifically for business occasions
Reduce your customers' event-planning burden by strategically crafting hotel deals or packages that can cut the cost of the event while also covering the bulk of the services required for the event, giving them extra value for their money.
It all comes down to the experience you provide. The beauty of the hotel is undoubtedly significant, but it is rendered useless for business gatherings unless it is matched with a delightful experience through exceptional quality service that ensures the orderly flow of each event and the maximum enjoyment of event participants.
If you are throwing a business event, the H Hotel Dubai has got you covered. They know it can be tough to keep everything on track and organized, especially when the time comes to book your space. That is why they have a team of highly trained event specialists that will help you create an event that is just as important to your business as it is to you.
From the moment you walk in the door, they will take care of all the details. Whether it is setting up your conference room or helping with food and drinks, they will do their best to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks on the day of your event.
When it comes to hosting a successful business event, their goal is always the same: making sure everyone has a great time! And they believe that is best accomplished with some extra effort  —so they want to make sure all of the guests feel welcome and well taken care of throughout their stay at the Best Hotel in Dubai, The H Hotel.
As you go about planning your next conference or corporate retreat, it is always good to be aware of ways in which your hotel can make your job easier. You will be glad you did!

Budget Activities To Do In Dubai – A Guide For Newbies
Dubai is one of the most popular destinations in the world. With its incredible culture, rich history and beautiful architecture, Dubai have something for everyone. But if you want to fully experience this city through a local’s eye, then come with me on a budget adventure!
Here are some of my favorite activities to do in Dubai that would not break the bank:
Use the metro for traveling
The metro is a great way to get around Dubai. It is cheap and fast, so you can get from one place to another quickly and easily. You do not even have to worry about parking your car (or getting one). The metro is also safe, reliable, clean, easy to use and fun!
Try out street food
There is no shortage of street food in Dubai. From fish and chips to falafel, you can find it all on the streets. If you are looking for something a little more upscale, some great restaurants serve up some of the best cuisines in town. The prices vary greatly depending on what type of dish you order but they will never break your bank account!
Visit the Historic District
The historical district is a must-see. It is home to some of Dubai's most iconic buildings, like the old souks and mosque, as well as the fort and palace. If you have time on your hands (or if you are looking for some fun), why not visit all three?
The Old Souk is an area where merchants once sold their wares from open stalls in the marketplace. Today it is filled with souvenir shops selling postcards, jewelry and other trinkets that tourists love buying!
The Old Mosque has been around since before emigration began in earnest in 1892; today it serves both religious purposes—as well as being an architectural masterpiece itself!
Finally, there is Al Fahidi Fort which was built by Sheikh Rashid al Maktoum himself back in 1794 when he became ruler Khalifa bin Ahmad Al Maktoum (reign title: Emir).
Enjoy the Beach
The beach is the best place to relax, and it is one of the best ways to enjoy Dubai. Whether you want to go in the summer, winter or spring, this is a great activity that you can do all year round. You will find many beaches around Dubai with different types of sand depending on who owns them.
If you decide on going for a walk along the beach during your visit then make sure that you wear shoes with good grip so as not to slip or fall over while walking around!
Go on a Desert Safari
This is a great way to see the desert. You can see camels, camels and more camels, as well as animals like ostriches, zebras and even elephants!
It is also an easy way to get away from Dubai without having to spend too much money or time on transport.
Spend Time at a Museum
Museum of Islamic Art (MIA): The MIA is located in the Deira neighborhood and is considered one of the best museums in Dubai. It has a variety of exhibits, including artifacts from all over the world, as well as photography, video art and film. The museum also hosts many events throughout the year including concerts, lectures and other events that center on arts or culture.
Jumeirah Mosque: This mosque was built by Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum in 1986 and houses many historical artifacts dating back to when it was first built over 150 years ago! Two minarets rise above its roofline; these were added later on due to safety concerns after an earthquake hit Dubai back in 2004 (this happened twice within just five months).
There are also views overlooking nearby beaches where you can catch some rays while admiring some beautiful architecture at dusk or dawn - great places for photographers who want stunning shots without having their camera stolen off them!
Dubai Museum: Located near Emirates Towers Hotel at Mushrif Park (which has its entrance fee), this museum showcases history through interactive displays like those found within Roman aqueducts found throughout Europe during ancient times.
Dubai Mall Aquarium
Dubai Mall Aquarium is one of the largest aquariums in the world, and it is home to more than 100,000 marine animals. It is a great place to visit with family or friends, as well as children who will love seeing fish swimming around them.
The aquarium opened in 2011 and has since become one of Dubai's most popular attractions—so much so that it was even featured in Game of Thrones! The sea life here includes sharks, rays and other animals that you would not find anywhere else on earth.
If you do not want to spend too much on hotels and want your hotel to be located nearby the city's main attractions, we suggest you one of the best hotels in Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road named the H Hotel Dubai which is also one of the best family hotels to stay in Dubai.
The H Dubai Hotel is located in the center of the Middle East's most active city, overlooking the magnificent Sheikh Zayed Road. The hotel is close to the city's main attractions, including the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Frame, Dubai Mall, Dubai Garden Glow, La Mer Beach, and Dubai World Trade Center.
One of the best things is that they provide free shuttle service to La Mer Beach and Dubai Outlet Mall. The stay at the hotel guarantees you the best of both worlds. They provide you with family-friendly services that you would never forget.
Final words
So, there you have it. This is a quick run-down of some of our favorite budget activities in Dubai. We hope this helps you figure out what to do while visiting and we wish you a great time!

Pan-Asian cuisine with a 'modern touch' is on the menu, including flavors from China, Japan, and Thailand. The sleek black pods are surrounded by plush green sofas and a central table. There is also an indoor bar with seating for up to 30 people. There is a canopy of flora among the cold black fittings and mood lighting for added Instagrammability.
Explore and enjoy the Dubai Food Festival.
Foodies, get ready: the citywide Dubai Food Festival will return to the city from May 2 to 15. Over the course of two weeks, locals and tourists will be able to sample the finest of Dubai's drinking and dining culture. During Dubai Restaurant Week, you can try set menus from some of the city's greatest restaurants for a fraction of the regular price. With Foodie Experiences, you can even become the expert in your kitchen by participating in classes covering a wide range of cuisines and much more.
Buy articles from the new Gold Souk Extension.
There are numerous reasons to visit Old Dubai, and now we have yet another. The Gold Souk in Dubai's historic area has been expanded while retaining the original souk's Old Dubai beauty and cultural qualities. The Gold Souk now has 295 additional stores to explore, including jewelry shops, specialty restaurants, and much more.
Immerse yourself in classical music at the Dubai Opera Music Festival.
Classical music fans, prepare to be blown away. The InClassica International Music Festival returns to Dubai Opera, showcasing renowned musicians from around the world. The four-week celebration of world-classical music performances and international collaboration will feature a series of evening concerts that will delight both your ears and your soul.
Laguna Lounge is a new laid-back beachside hangout.
Step into Laguna Lounge on the Sofitel Dubai beaches. The Palm will take you to the sun-kissed shores of the Mediterranean. Trove at The Dubai Mall combines gastronomy and art. Doukan Duguncu, a Le Cordon Bleu qualified chef, oversees the menu of international cuisines at the newly launched restaurant. If you enjoy seeing the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain show on every visit to the Dubai Mall, you'll be pleased with this news. Visit ToDA for a multi-sensory creative vision of the future.

The Do's and Don'ts of Ramadan in the United Arab Emirates
The sanctity of the Holy Month of Ramadan is currently upon us. For Muslims all throughout the world, this is a holy period. And Ramadan 2021 in Dubai will be a little different this year due to COVID-related limitations.
Muslims are going to be fasting during the Dubai Ramadan dates in 2021 for about a month, from dawn till dusk, every day of this month, ranging from the 12th of April, Monday, and ending on the evening of the 12th of May, Wednesday, within the UAE.
What are the Do’s of Ramadan?
Wear a mask and keep your distance from others.
Wear a mask and keep social distance during this month because there will be more visitors, especially during Friday prayers. It’s still expected for all individuals to wear, with the exception of children, to protect themselves by wearing face masks in public places.
Put on the proper attire.
Dress appropriately throughout this holy month. Make sure your shoulders and knees are covered, and that anything you're wearing doesn't contain any offensive statements or sayings. During this season, it is impolite to wear “see through” clothing and while nothing will happen if you do, it’s your own personal initiative to ensure that you dress appropriately.
Wish them a blessed Ramadan
If you have Muslim coworkers or know any Muslims in Dubai, it’s thoughful and polite to  greet them and wish them a happy Ramadan. Saying 'Ramadan Kareem' will suffice.
Be patient and delegate tasks.
Learn to be patient, because some of your coworkers may not be as available this month as they usually are. Don't get too worked up if things aren't going as planned. Make good workload distribution a priority and plan your meetings accordingly.
Make sure to follow the regulations for gatherings.
Due to the epidemic, social gatherings will be restricted in the United Arab Emirates. As a result, make sure you follow the COVID requirements for gatherings.
Below is a list of things you shouldn’t do during Ramadan
Playing music too loudly is not a good idea.
If you're driving and listening to music or playing music in your residence, make sure it's not too loud, as it can disturb people who are praying or fasting. Practice empathy during this period so as to allow them to fast in a peaceful environment.
Don’t attend Iftars in large groups.
For the sake of their own safety and the protection of those around them, UAE officials have recommended individuals to ignore mass Iftars. As a result, refrain from attending mass Iftars and opt for a small gathering with your family either at home or at a restaurant of your choice.
Only eat in public locations if it is permitted.
Once you decide to eat, be sure you're doing so at home or in a restaurant where it's acceptable.
As one of the best hotels in the UAE, at H-Dubai, we have some fantastic Ramadan hotel offers for you and your family, as we want to make this Holy Month more special for you.
The best values to remember this Ramadan season are empathy, compassion, and respect. With our hearty meals and Ramadan hotel offers, we hope to make your Iftar experience warm and comfortable.  Come and break your fast right at the heart of Dubai at H-Hotel.
Ramadan Kareem!
