Long story short, I went there, confronted him, he tried to gaslight me and make me out to be crazy but while I was having a meltdown I was also furious and my brother was with and for the first time in my life I felt like I had someone in my corner and he defended me and told him that he'd said things he shouldn't have said and that made me look at this criminal doctor and say that i wasn't crazy and that me not having access to adequate mental health care wasn't my fault and i was doing what i could to keep myself at a safe baseline for myself (this bitch even had the audacity to try to imply that I could be a danger to others when i never was except when I was literal child being bullied). And basically he folded lol and started listening and finally gave me the meds I needed which included ADHD meds. And well let's just say that I feel like there is hope again. This shit is expensive but I do hope he doesn't fuss about prescribing me more until I wait for a better mental health care professional because this shit is life saving. Yes I need to wean of the benzos but with the levels of anxiety I have due to cptsd and asd it's fine to take them at the same time.

Luckily my mum is accepting in her own way and is also fed up with the GP because he's useless and incompetent. I'm still livid and also this fucker wasn't there today and won't be there tomorrow and it's a national holiday on Thursday so I can only confront this bitch on Friday but it's okay I already talked to my mum and filed a little complaint :)
