#There is this one image that whenever i see it I like jump back and get shivers down my spine #so im constantly aware that i might get across the image any time im on the internet #it's like this kinda black and white image with a creepy skeleton like disfigured guy staring at you #and i've been afraid of the image for over 10 years now #at some point i tried this method of watching the image every day thinking that the scariness becomes mundane to me #so i did it for like randomly in a spawn on a few months #then i stopped doing it #im still anxious about seeing the image #my self proclaimed image therapy did nothing to my fear
