That poor baby girl is so surprised 😫 she doesn’t cry, but she’s shooketh.

Shinobu heard the floppy snap of the cheese and looked up to investigate. She just shakes her head and sighs. Yn is so lucky Akiko didn’t start bawling after she had been in a mood all morning. It all seemed without consequence until Yn found herself slapped with a slice of cheese when she least expected it. Shinobu smirks at the sound Yn makes when the clammy, flimsy cheese hits her skin.

Shinobu’s vengeance for Akiko is sweet, even if she’s not old enough to appreciate it yet 😌

Well! It’s my first time actually interacting with this blog, but hello Maddy! I’ve been a silent reader on your blog for a long time now (idk if you remember me, but I am actually the anon that requested that one Quanxi “Nightmare Relay” fic) and I wanted to show my support in the recent burnout post I saw earlier.

Just wanted to let you know, that you should never feel bad for not pushing out requests quick enough. From one writer to another, just write whatever the heck you want. I promise you, the fics you write that are your own original ideas, will be the most fun and rewarding fics you’ll ever write in your life. Even if you don’t take requests (lmao, because I don’t even take requests on my blogs) I guarantee you, your own original, sporadic fics are some of the best things I’ve ever read on tumblr. I’ve been an avid Reader of yours since…I think the first time you dropped that pregnancy fic with Shinobu? I’m not sure, but I’ve definitely been here for a while 😅

Anywho, this is just a reassurance that it’s okay to write whatever you want, whenever you want. You can leave for months at a time and randomly drop a fic you came up with on a whim, and your Readers will love it immensely. Your writing is so funny and beautiful, I’m just really happy there’s a writer like you who exists for the sapphic community. Especially one who inspired me to make my own writing blogs on tumblr for sapphics as well.

Write what you want, whenever you want! Writing becomes more fun that way after all. It’s amazing :)

Hi maddy! when do you think your requests will be open again?:)

I hate to say it, but I just don’t have the time to take on any more. I am going to finish the Sept/Oct requests if it kills me, but after that I just don’t know. Without college/ the pandemic, I just don’t have the same time and energy that I used to, which does make me very sad because I enjoy making my silly little fics for you all.

Once these requests are done, I’ll give it some serious thought, but I’m leaning towards these being the last requests. Not necessarily my last fics ever, because I don’t want to give this up, but every week and every month that goes by that I have nothing to show for the people who have waited patiently for their own requests to be written out, makes me feel awful.

Sorry for being a downer 🥲

What instrument do you think some characters would play? Any of your choice, I'm curious to hear any in general. I like to think Power would "play drums" as in she has no sense of rhythm and just loves to hit shit and make noise. I could see Aoi having some basic guitar knowledge, too.

Kafka can play the violin as well as she mimes it.
