idea: Alfred scoring an absolute hottie (Arthur) by being a goofball that makes him laugh. Like I'm thinking punky Arthur who looks like he'd kill someone for bumping shoulders with him on the subway but who absolutely crumbles when Alfred makes him laugh. It's never even something actually funny but some kinda inside joke or lame pun that no one thinks is funny but makes Arthur snort-laugh. And it's so baffling for others to see this apathetic hardass in absolute tears and his sunshiney bf just beaming that he got such a good laugh out of Arthur. Arthur hates it because he thinks his laugh is embarrassing which is prime real-estate for Alfred to tell him how beautiful his laugh is
