I sign it from Gorgug. I forget how to be myself all the time.
I love the resolution of this that we got because I love Gorgug but also consider: any of these kids talking to each other even a little bit about their problems.
There’s just something about that moment when you realise that the decisions you make due to your own self-confidence issues impact the people you care about. Realising when you forget to be yourself, your friends who love you miss out on you too. And maybe you could even try to give yourself a break, for them. Idk man this season is going crazy and all i can do is draw pictures about it
we all know about "yes and" and "no but" in improv and ttrpgs, but I feel like Brennan has added a third option called "sorry what" just for playing with Emily (saying her words back to her when she tells him that a caterpillar was chasing a butterfly or that this note was left on the steps of the police house)
The bad kids are insane this episode. It's crit city. It's tactical genius. They are blowing through the kinds of monsters that make most dnd parties shit themselves. They've come SO FAR from the scared kids who died to cream corn and I am LIVING for the sheer competency on display here. No one is doing it like the bad kids are doing it.
The "the average solesian meets 3 gods in their lifetime" factoid is actually a statistical error. The average solesian meets no gods in their life. Kristen Applebees, who has died so many times that she meets 2 gods per year, is an outlier and should not be counted.
"maybe helio wouldn't have let that happen" they say to their daughter who died while being Helios chosen one her first day of highschool and was brought back by her principal
