During the final battle in Luigi's Mansion, if Bowser stands in one of the corners of the arena and Luigi quickly moves to the corner of the central chimney, Bowser will jump after him and land out of bounds, standing in mid-air. However, quickly after this, he will jump back in bounds again.

Strangely, this can only ever be performed once per fight, with the game setting a flag that prevents Bowser from going out of bounds more than once. This raises the question why, given how the developers had the ability to prevent it, Bowser is allowed to go out of bounds at all instead of simply disallowing this from the beginning of the battle.
