2017 Hurricane Season
Either everyone in my world is fixated on the 2017 hurricane season, or it's going to one of the worst we've seen in years. WMO, NOAA and MSM are agreeing we should expect a busy year.
I like that the article by Scientific American gets right to the point - 2-4 major hurricanes are expected to make landfall this year. (Link to article at bottom)
Just to put it in perspective 2016 - NOAA forecasted 1-4 major hurricanes could make landfall. We got 4, one of the costliest seasons on record and 2017 should be 15% worse.
After a major disaster, SMB's and SME's all focus on getting back to normal as quickly as possible. Typically this means waiting around for local infrastructure to be re-built.
With our unique OnDemand program you can get back to normal with one phone call. That's it, one phone call and our Emergency Response Team responds immediately to deliver critical resources.
Like most of us, I'm sure you have a number of things going on. So to follow Scientific American's lead, I'll get right to the point - You've got two options:
1) Quick call to discuss our program built to protect what you've spent years building
2) Do nothing, hope NOAA is wrong and your local infrastructure doesn't fail
The best way to reach one of our consultants is at 830-358-8300. We look forward to allocating resources and equipment so you can protect your revenue stream and get back to normal quicker.
Together we can Prevent, Manage and Simplify the Unknown.

Dealing with change is something we all do; abrupt change is easier to recognize and to adjust accordingly.
When I was a Marine Corps recruiter, I was blessed to work with a brilliant leader who seemed to foresee challenges. There came a point that I needed to decide to either leave the Marine Corps or continue through 20 years. After making my decision to move on from the Marine Corps, a copy of 'Who Moved My Cheese' was on my desk, fantastic timing.
Many of us are actively looking for change, yet how we look for change and what we look for, ironically doesn't change often enough.
As our economy changes from a long recession to one positioned for growth, we find ourselves facing a busy hurricane season. Are you confident your Emergency Contingency plans enable you to effectively lead your group through change?
If your Contingency plans include guaranteed delivery of water for your facilities and fire suppression systems, help others find their cheese by sharing this article. Otherwise my team is ready to chat, 830.358.8300 and discuss a plan that makes sense for you.
Cheers, Josh
