This killing game was wearing down on everyone to some degree. While there was reason enough to worry about anyone and everyone around them, there wasn’t much they could actually do to stop anyone if they felt the desire to escape.

“We could assign people to watch him if you’re that worried about it. Just until we can be sure he won’t try anything drastic.”

He couldn’t understand why she though like she did for good reasons. A little girl used as a bargaining chip between parent and child in their silly feud knew little love outside of her cat and her butler who served her grandparents.

The full moon relaxed Seiko. Sometimes, basking out in the glow calmed both herself AND her eight snakes. The snakes were calmed down rarely–she owed a lot to the natural occurrence of the moon. However, it must be hell for the werewolves.

❝S-Sometimes I wish I-I wasn’t a g-gorgon, so it’s nice t-to learn about other species. A-About being a-a werewolf, can y-you control your transformation o-or does it automatically h-happen around the f-full moon…?❞ Raising an eyebrow, she sighed. Sometimes, she was glad that she didn’t become a werewolf–BUT A GORGON WAS HORRIBLE TOO.

♚~~~ Understandable, she thought. She certainly wouldn't want to be a gorgon herself, with the nasty snake hair that she'd have to care for constantly. She nodded in acceptance of that answer and responded. "It depends in the kind of werewolf. Those who were human at one point may be different, as my kind are born werewolves," she explained. "During the full moon, my kind have to transform and hunt. However, it wasn't until I became a hybrid that I could transform and control myself outside of the full moon. It varies between each sub-species."

"Now let me ask a question about your race. Do any kind of glasses work, or do they have to be tinted?"

♚~~~ She sat leaning against a tree as she cooled down from her long night of prowling. All she could do was look up at the forest spirit as he scolded her. Her hand went to her face to wipe the blood from around her mouth and lick them clean. No point in wasting it. Her eyes, still golden from her midnight activities, were hazy as the weariness began to hit her.

"My apologies," she mumbled between cleaning licks. "I hadn't intended to reach this side of the forest. But a chase with a particularly appetizing deer got the wolf all excited."
