γThere was no denying truth echoed through her words. How many times had he died? Even his variants shared his fate, it seemed. Loki does not understand fully how far he's fallen but he knows he would be utterly and tragically unrecognizable back in his own timeline. Forlorn & lost, such a pity. It's strange how one's actions come back to haunt them when in the moment they had been remorseless. Mercy has done something terrible to his resolve.
