theyve released one demo, six split albums, two full length albums and one EP.
When they have played live their name has been blurred on the lineup list because of the SS in their name, meaning Schutzstaffel.
The band themselves have said in interviews that they wont share their personal views on Nazism. Heil Hitler! Hail Sathanas! Ave Lucifer!

Urgehal is a Satanic Black metal band from Norway, formed in 1992 by the late Lead guitarist/vocalist Nefas (Trond Bråthen) and rhytm guitarist Enzifer. They use Satan as inspiration, biblically, and metaphorically to describe the Evil of Man. They have released Seven full-length albums, four EPs, and two demos. Years active: 1992 - today Nefas was found dead in his home 13th May, 2012. Urgehal released a statement about his death short after. “The greatest is gone. Trondr Nefas, our dearest friend and companion for more than 20 years, suddenly passed away last week. He died a peaceful and natural death at one of his favourite places, surrounded by woods and crystal lakes. Thanks for all the years with friendship, music and madness. For the good times and the bad times. Through your dark devotion for black metal, you have inspired so many. You were a true pioneer. We will miss you, but never forget you, because your legacy will live on. Our deepest sympathy goes to Trond’s fiancée Octavia, and both of their families. We appreciate all of the condolences and support given to us after his tragic death. Sammen var vi dynamitt!!!” May he live on in Hell, forever and always, reign. HAIL. AVE.

Thy Serpent is a Finnish black metal band, originating from Espoo. Thy Serpent was at first, in 1992, Sami Tenetz solo project. In 1995 there was a full lineup. They’ve released two demos and four full length albums from year 1994, to 2000. Famous Children of Bodom guitarist, Alexi Laiho also played guitar in Thy serpent.
