Twitter Write was a beta program with 80+ great writers working on bringing blogging to Twitter on a product we called "Notes". We interviewed writers for Spaces, Notes, and events like NABJ, published advance excerpts from their books, and generally had a blast talking craft with other writers.
Listen to one of the Write Spaces I produced.
I also worked closely with another writer on building the Help Center for Notes. (Naming looks off after the rebrand.)

The help center for Scroll was built using Intercom, and the newsletter with Revue, both products later folded into Twitter Blue 1.0. The biggest challenge with Scroll was providing ad-free news in a crisis year: 2020, and we met that challenge by highlighting the most-read stories in our publisher network.

I built these product Help Centers with Zendesk in both English and Spanish, along with implementing agent chat in both languages prior to AI chatbots.

journalism: for two years, I wrote special-interest articles, book reviews, and the weekly weather column for an award-winning local newspaper and their special sections. I helped put the paper together, pick it up from the printer, and deliver it to the community, along with making friends with the best pressman I've ever met.
