Random life update i guess
- I am in college getting my second degree. I have an associates in early education and getting a bach in elementary education.
- I turned 22
- I got engaged! To my boyfriend of 3 years. Trying on a wedding dress made me have a breakdown about my weight but hey I’m marrying my dream man
- we adopted a kitten
Those are the positives. My ED was easy for awhile as in, I was able to eat. But it’s back and I’m so tired of this shit I just want to eat and not think about gaining weight.

My current favourite winter food🧡🍠
Total calories: about 156 kcl
1 mashed sweet potato (about 115 kcl)
1 teaspoon honey (21 kcl)
1/4 glass milk/about 50 gm (20 kcl)
A dash of cinnamon + vanilla extract to taste 💕
Before peeling the sweet potatoes I bake them for like 10 minutes to give them better taste and softer texture. then I peel and mash them, add the rest of the ingredients and mix together. It's tasty and healthy and reallyy filling. I usually go for double the ingredients!
