He may not be a Nazi but his ideology, his tendecies for global hegemony, his maniacal behavior and his revenge for others who wronged him say otherwise. The closest we got to this was from "Emotional Skarr" episode where he explained his plan to rule the world by building armies, missiles, destroying major and capital cities around the world.
