I have so much bottled up. So much has been happening and I’ve been keeping it all in. Everytime I prepare myself to just talk about it and breakdown so I can start building myself up again, I get hit with the “You have to be strong”. I fucking hate this because I know I am very close to snapping and when I snap I do fucked up shit. The last time I snapped after feeling like this, I dont even remember what happened, just that I woke up on the bathroom floor, bleeding. I dont know how to deal with any of this. I cant be strong anymore. I just want to give in to my thoughts. But I cant. I shouldn’t. I can feel myself getting worse again. I know I am right where I was two years ago. And one of these days, I’ll go so far that no one will be able to bring me back.
