The Baby Plot

Chapter 4: Revelations

On AO3 and on FFN.

Rated M, although the sex in this chapter is fade to black.

Summary: Yang’s been feeling under the weather, and Blake persuades her to get a checkup. The cause of her symptoms comes as a shock, with lifelong consequences when they decide to keep moving forward.

Chapter summary: Another chat with Raven, and sharing the news with friends.

This fic earns no AO3 archive warnings to my knowledge, but to be safe there's a trigger warning included at the start of chapter 1, and at the start of this chapter, just in case. There is some darkness to this story, but I think it is balanced by the fluff.

I'm not sure if @bumblebyweek-blog is still reblogging, so I'm tagging just in case they still are, but I also wanted to thank the mods @foxaoxarts and @set-wingedwarrior for organising Bumbleby Week, and for reblogging all the fics and art. it’s nameless. you couldn’t apply language to it and do it justice if you tried. it’s a hug going on longer than it’s meant to, wearing their sweatshirt on the way home and crying because it smells so inviting. it’s sinking into a kiss, using their shampoo in the shower, burying yourself a little deeper in the sheets because you’ve never felt so comfortable. whenever they ask you to describe their smell, all you can think is warm, familiar, mine. when you ask them to describe yours they say: it smells like you. home is wherever you can be beside them. everywhere you go is perfect as long as you’re together.

New year, new Bumbleby Week!

Usually we host a pool to decide in which week we should host the event, but from now on that won't be necessary because what better week than the one of theis kiss' anniversary?

So let's pin down the date, because we're telling you already that this year the week will be from 25th of March to 1st of April!

About the prompts, you'll have a week from next monday (12th of February) to send your prompts, then the next one (from 19th of February) to vote your favorites! You can send your proposals with an ask or a direct message, whatever you prefer. Don't be afraid to send us whatever prompt you like!

We're not giving you too much time to send prompts because we like to include past ones in the pool, so we actually have lots of them already. You know, we like the variety!

Like past years, we'll be keeping the classic "AU Day" and "Bonus/VA Apreciation Day", and the two of us will personally pick out a prompt each of our liking. So, when the time will come for you to vote you'll have to pick up to four prompts.

Rules too are the same as past years, but we will be reblogging and sharing them again soon for new fans, or as a general reminder, so don't worry about it
