had a bit of a crisis tonight bc I went to weigh myself but apparently I gained. then I moved the scale and it gained 10 lbs. I put it on a different floor and it says 170. so I guess I don't actually know how much I actually weigh and I won't have access to another way to weigh myself until next week and it's killing me.
what if I'm heavier than what I thought my hw was so I have to mentally start over? what if I'm actually the same and I'm freaking out for no reason? what if I'm actually lighter than I thought and I'm holding back my progress bc I'm not able to calculate correctly?

One of my biggest motivators is being at university, and I think you can use it at any stage of school life.

Being skinny>>>
What could be better than being the cleverest person in the class and the thinnest? Whenever you feel like eating, study first. Want a snack? Not until you've done a past paper question. Want something to eat? Read some of your textbook first. Parents calling you down to eat dinner? "Please can I eat in my room tonight? I have a French exam at the end of the week and I'm in the middle of a past paper". Parents want to go out for food? "Could I sit this one out please? I'm writing an essay for History". Imagine how they'll brag about you to the other parents - their little girl/boy/child suddenly turned their life around and now they're getting all A-C grades, rather than scraping D-F's. Straight-A girls/boys/people don't have time to eat! Everyone will be so jealous of your grades and your fragile, perfect body. Want people to notice a real difference? Pull your grades up and your weight down. And the best part? This can work for anyone. Any of you can do this. Even if you struggle with school or don't enjoy it, if you're using it as a distraction from eating, you have to get better at school overtime because it's just science. If you keep studying in your freetime, you will notice a difference and so will your peers and teachers. And the only difference won't be your test scores, but your weight too.
Imagine your teachers seeing you across the library during lunchtime instead of in the cafeteria. Willowy eyes and skinny fingers, drowning in your jumper/hoodie, skinny legs tucked underneath you on the chair, nose buried in additional maths questions. Imagine them checking in on you: "did you eat lunch today?" "I've got a spare cereal bar" "make sure you have a snack when you get home". Do you want that?
Distract yourself with exam papers and textbooks and assignments. Watch Gilmore Girls, Legally Blonde, Studytubers for inspiration. Notice how the clever people in those are all thin and pretty. They have more important things to do than eating, and so. do. you.
(sidenote: I personally always loved school but when I started this method properly in year 9 my grades went well up and now I'm about to graduate law school and do my masters in law next year)

i have a rlly high starting weight and cw so u can bully me but u can't really hurt me lol

i have always been an overweight person even tho my ana was rlly bad when i was 15-17. coming back bc i've become obese and i want to be skinny for once.
my goals:
2k steps a day (i have sciatica atm so exercising is hard but i go to gym and get 10k-20k steps 3 times a week)
consume less than 1k cals a day
OMAD (1 week straight so far)
no soda only water
