the amount of new diet, work out and fat loss things that has been pushed on my fyp recently is wild, it’s sickening to think that everyone believes we need to change ourselves all the time to be happy… i know not everyone is happy but pushing the agenda that people shouldn’t be only adds to the lack of self acceptance

seeing all this stuff on TikTok and I totally get not liking how u look but what’s with the pushback on acceptance !!! saw a girl with a soft belly after she’d had a baby and she was talking about how she’s genuinely fine with how it looks and someone in the comments was like why lie exercise and use vitamin e and it always makes me so so so weirded out !!! Like!!! Leave her alone!!! She has a beautiful stomach just cos it looks different to what you’re used to seeing on TV means literally nothing and assuming that she’s lying is so dumb
