Omg Fluffy’s monthly art post HOLD ONTO YOUR HATS!!

I’m working on more stuff but the month’s almost up and I haven’t posted anything- I am working I PROMISE!! Little sketch of my cookie run oc Yumberry Dragon Cookie, to do something small, I’ll post more finished artworks soon!!

Massive info dump on their character and story under the cut if you are uninterested that is fine be me!!

Yumberry Dragon cookie is probably one of my longest standing cookie run OC’s and as such their design has so many outtakes and redesigns it’s NUTS

Anyway, some sparse facts about my little eeper

-They are the crimson dragon! Living in solitude on a mountaintop in a kabuki theater! It often invites and allows cookies to take part in the theaters plays (Which are actually retellings of dragons from the age of dragons who have long since passed)

-The reason for the dragon lower half is simply from damage to their cookie body, choosing to keep their dragon form active by mixing the two together. Yumberry Dragon is quite old and wise and definitely has the dough to prove it.

^Most of the dough on their back/arms is actually stale and scarred! From weathering and the dough aging naturally, Yumberry’s dough is far from crispy!

-They are the same age as Longan, and they grew up together!

-Pronouns are They/Them! But they really don’t care to stick with it, so you can call them anything!

-Actually likes cookies! Doesn’t see themselves as above them really, they know they are, they just don’t point it out.

-The red squares with that white marking is their wings! They have a MASSIVE wing span but can’t fly due to their unfortunate circumstances. They can’t properly fly anymore so they just use them for show.

-Yumberry Dragon Cookie sees Snakefruit as a fellow dragon, they are just that chill they do not care.

-They are an absolute gossip, they love drama and they are all ears if you have a story to tell.

-Yumberry Dragon is basically an old person that instead of just getting bitter and angry at their age just refuses to care and just goes with the flow. So many cookies inside the theater often see them just walking about.

-They were the first one to make Longan smile! It startled many of the other dragons in the area but Yumberry seemed overjoyed!

-Yumberry’s favorite colors are green, blue, black, and white!

-A very, VERY, friendly dragon! Many younger cookies visiting the theater were even allowed to pet Yumberry Dragon, all while they chatted and drank grape juice with the adult cookies.

-Their powers? Not good, they can create barriers and set pieces of a stage play! However they have to utilize it personally to fit the problem. Just an old and jolly dragon that kinda their business.

There are certainly more facts and info about my silly little critter pingponging around in my notes or something but for now that’s everything! Hope you like them!!

GingerBrave x Mango cookie

Lots of gingerbrave ships! Wasn’t expecting that, but it’s always welcome!

Two very outgoing cookies, Super similar personalities!

Mango absolutely takes Gingerbrave on free tours around the islands, with Gingerbrave asking questions about certain aspects of the islands and if he can explore it safely. Mango almost always giving him the specific green light to do some safe exploring.

Gingerbrave probably frequents the soda islands quite often because of this! Both to take a break from constantly saving the world and the fact Mango almost always joins him on said vacation. He almost never partakes in a serious adventure when at the soda isles, unless it’s a pleasant hike or calm mountain trail.

Very wholesome pairing! I can see all the mango villagers being so happy everytime Gingerbrave visits and always shocked and surprised with whatever story he’s about to talk about a little too casually.

Like, What do you mean you stopped a sentient star from destroying an entire city?? What do you mean you and said sentiment star are now friends???

They are both flabbergasted from this kid’s tenacity and willingness to save worlds and impressed he can do unscathed. They always spoil him by giving him a bunch of mangoes and fruits as a gratuity on behalf of whatever kingdom or city he saved.

Just a very nice pairing all together!

Rye x Espresso: I don’t know why I ship this one it just gives me yuri vibes

Basically Eggnog is a cinnamon roll and Dark Cacao melts whenever he’s around

Oooooo!! Very interesting ships all around!

With Rye x Espresso: Oof, this is a new one! I don’t really see many Rye pairings too often recently? So this is a very nice surprise! I can see the Yuri vibes, with one of them as an esteemed bounty hunter and the other working for the Creme Republic. Given Rye and Espresso’s personalities are relatively similar (From what I understand they both focus on their job and don’t like when others take it lightly) I can see them both meshing well together!

And with Eggnog x Dark Cacao: I can see it now- The Citadel is having one of the harshest winters for a long time, many watchers and civilians alike are huddled together inside the palace in an attempt to focus their resources in one single area to keep its residents warm. This day just so happening to fall right on Christmas Day.

I can see both silly situations and serious situations with those two! Silly old man yaoi, Sweet and Sour, very christmassy but one of them is the slightest bit of a Scrooge.

Snakefruit x Hydrangea has stolen my heart and soul and ran away full speed /silly

In all seriousness, yeah! These two have to be my favorite, I love the Lotus Paradise so much and they just hammer in that love for that entire aesthetic and they are so pretty.

Snakefruit and Hydrangea were also separately (before I shipped them) both some of my favorite cookies. Hydrangea for her design and Snakefruit for their story, it’s a surprise my brain didn’t connect the dots until I saw someone else post about them.

And they have been living in my head rent free ever since!

Matcha x Avocado

Oooooo!! Neat!

I’ve seen this pairing floating around now and again, I love the earthy tones they both mutually give as a pairing. Lovely vibe all around! They can be either really simple or really complex depending on any kind of genre or ideas!

I can see Dark Enchantress requesting weapons from Avocado without her knowing, and having Matcha fetch them from her. I can see the both of them starting off somewhat rough before slowly easing into a comfortable friendship!

Then they'd start meeting more outside of the exchanges where Avocado eventually finds out that she's been helping Dark Enchantress without her knowledge. This would come off as a massive misunderstanding plot, but Avocado immediately sticks to her guns and tells Matcha that she will no longer work with DE, but doesn't want to leave her behind.

Matcha would mull it over but eventually decide on sticking with Avocado and getting comfortable in the Cookie Kingdom!

This pairing gives massive Slice of life/ Interesting sub plot vibes! Lots of potential for these two! Lovely pairing all around!

Ok this is basically a crack ship but

They should kiss (also Special Forces adopted Cheerleader in my au)

Ooooo!! Ok so, I don’t know much about pre CROB cookies, so I have very little knowledge on LINE exclusive cookies and such, but Special Forces seems neat!

I specifically rushed to the wiki to try and figure out more info on Special forces but it doesn’t look like she has much of a backstory from what I can see.

So I’m winging it!!

I can see Special Forces fitting best in the Crème Republic! With her ensemble she’d probably be a general or a pseudo assistant to any of the Elders. They’d meet by pure chance inbetween elder meetings!

They have a very nice vibe all around! I unfortunately don’t have a lot of lore based info on Special Forces, so I don’t have much to say, but wonderful head canons all around!

Also yes, I can totally see Special Forces adopting Cheerleader! Very nice ship and AU!

Just wanted to say I LOVED your drawing for Earl x Timekeeper and tbh i was kinda shocked I wasnt the only person in existence who shipped the two of em HAHAUHEUHAHB- (To be fair, I managed to convinced my friends that “TEATIME IS CANON U GUYS”)(I call the ship teatime bc yk, tea, earl, time, timekeeper)(I’ll see myself out now-) anyway I checked out your blog and your stuffs pretty cool! I will watch you with great interest 👀 With that outta the way, I was wondering if you had any hcs/ideas for the family dynamic between Earl, TK and Chess Choco would be?

Would you believe it if I also heard Earl Grey x Timekeper from someone else? So yeah! Two more people actually ship this ship!

Also TeaTime is a wonderful ship name for them! I already have a ship that is also called tea time so- rats- Glad you like my blog!!

Aight! So some head canons, because I have a good handful of these ideas! For clarification, TK = Time Keeper, and will be using primarily She/Her pronouns for the sake of clarification! Just pronouns getting scrambled together is confusing.

-Time keeper definitely takes Earl Grey to other timelines/alternate universe's for dates! Like the ones that appear in her skill? Yeah, that is absolutely a spot for dates.

-For their primary dynamic: I like to think TK is absolutely lunatic, total nutcase, absolutely fun and wild constantly. With Earl grey being calm and collected, dunno! Their dynamic fits together nicely in my head.

-Tall TK, absolutely towers over Earl Grey, A silly head canon I have is that TK will occasionally scoop up Earl Grey and spin him around while holding hims bridal style, with him giggling and cleaning his fogged up glasses saying, "Oh goodness" over and over while they both laugh because they're ADORABLE!

-With the Chess Choco twins, I can see TK allowing them to run amok in the TBD, the both of them are decently well behaved and clearly are polite if not a bit cheeky. They often bother TK the most with Earl Grey helped some of the other departments with management and organization.

-They challenge TK to a chess match all the time, often losing against the time legendary. Earl Grey had to convince her to loosen up a bit, TK did it once and the kids were smiling and rubbing it in for a good week. TK still beats them for the most part, but does enjoy seeing them happy.

-Bit chaotic as one whole family unit, even more wild from an outsiders perspective looking in. A sort of acceptance I have for them is that Earl Grey and the Chess Choco twins just sort of accept TK is an all powerful being of possibly chaos if they felt like it. So when people ask they just nod and go yeah, "Yeah, that's Time keeper alright!" And then just go back to eating their ice cream from their day out.

-Final one for the road! Tk is primarily made out machinery, having most of their limbs made up of cogs and gears, Earl Grey is somewhat experienced with the maintenance and upkeep of her kind of assembly so he fixes up the cogs for her occasionally. They always talk about their respective days when this happens, just calming and serene and nice!

Hope you liked these head canons of mine, and glad to see someone else who ships the same Rarepair as me!!!

Love the vibe these two have!! Their both very serious and very dedicated to their respective responsibilities! Rye hunting down Chili Pepper and Black Raisin taking care of the Raisin Villagers.

Rye Cookie would have ABSOLUTELY passed the Raisin Bun test with flying colors. Even before Black Raisin could even ask if Rye would consider taking it, she would just thank her and agree to it!

Like any ship with Black Raisin Cookie, I immediately see the Raisin villagers flocking to her significant other and just pestering them. With Rue, I can see her sitting down surrounded by a handful of the villagers and telling them stories of her hunting down Chili Pepper.

If the villagers were to tease her by asking if Black Raisin and Rye are going to get married, Rue would just scoop up Black Raisin and give her a kiss on the cheek, smiling as she says, “That’s the plan!”

Then leaving Black Raisin a flustered mess.

Wonderful pairing you have there! Silly little bitch lesbians with a soft spot for eachother is the perfect way to describe these two!

Prune Juice x Licorice: This is kinda angsty but basically they met at the Parfaedia Institute and fell in love immediately because they were both seen as outcasts. Prune started to become popular from his potions which make Licorice jealous. One night Prune finds Licorice running away and asks what’s wrong. They get into a heated argument where Licorice is trying to convince Prune to join Dark Enchantress and Prune wanting Licorice to stay. The pair break up and go their separate ways(if they stayed together whether in Parfaedia or the COD the relationship would’ve gotten worse)

Dark Choco x Herb: They live in a cute little cottage and are both asexual

Almond x Captain Ice: I just think it’s neat and their kids would get along

For Prune Juice x Licorice: I can totally see it!! Both as a wholesome ship or as something more angsty and foreboding vibe works very well for those two!

They seem very much of two sides of the same coin to me, with one not being able to use magic and the other wanting to learn forbidden magic, at the bare minimum I’d love to see an interaction with these two!! Also they have a wonderful color scheme ngl

For Dark Choco x Herb: They seem like a silly pairing! /pos

Very tall dark and edgy with wholesome plant parent, Lots of funny scenarios I think of with these two! Like Dark Choco staying at Herb’s house only to struggle with the house’s smaller ceilings (Like that one animated short!) Or Dark Choco outside with Herb in a sun hat radiating a scary aura while watering the tulips. (He’s just making sure he doesn’t overwater them!)

For Almond x Captain Ice: Old people! Old people who are in love!! Not very often you see pairings with older characters. I know they aren’t that old in canon, but they very much radiate the “Young but acts older than the are” type. I can seen them both being late 20’s to early 30’s in cookie age!

They both give off very cold fronts while both having a soft spot for their kids (adopted or biological!) and I can see these two independent characters snuggling up by the fire on Christmas while their kids unwrap their Christmas presents! Wholesome and sweet underneath the tough exterior, we love to see it!

I can see them both going on small canoe trips, with Gingerbrave riding in the boat with Sorbet following alongside it- ooo! Or wait! Maybe Mango is the one who gives the boat trips! Just thought about him and I think Mango and Sorbet know each other.

Anyway, these three are all dating because honestly three monster dudes that honestly are super wholesome and actively communicate about their thoughts and feelings in an understanding and wonderful environment is such a good trope that I don't see in media too often.

It started as just me shipping CWB and Werewolf, but then I saw Shacka Rocks and CWB- and then my brain put them together like two puzzle pieces.

Their ship name is long and absolutely wild, based on those little VIP passes a lot of celebrities or big events have with the most ridiculous names known to man. Like: Silly soda Fun Pass, or something like that. Not sure if that's just for like, silly stuff but I think of those when I think of these guys.

It's Backstage Pineapple Party Pass, or BPx3 for short lol, Honestly their all so different it's just what my brain made up.

I'll likely return to most of these entries at a later time to touch them up or just add onto them, I am getting most of these done in a day or are way too into it to go back and change stuff. I'm having fun! Just the inner perfectionist in me is kicking and screaming lol
