every time i start to feel cringe for being too deep in the hyperfixation i remember the intense depression i have waded through and have to remind myself that enjoyment is fleeting (so grab it with both hands), and life is for loving (so hold that love close), and if anyone thinks i’m cringe they must not be having a very good time (and i hope they can find a good time soon).

#love crows. always appreciate a good bird appreciation post #we have a couple species of crow near us. namely the fish crow and the american crow #their caws are very different. you can immediately tell which crow is which because they have their little friend groups #and they like to be loud. and sometimes they fight. crow drama #the baby crows always sound ridiculous when they beg for food #ah crows. i love crows #i could autistically go on and on about them #i already have lol

so i'm in this backyard chickens group on reddit and someone just discovered their hen is transitioning and everyone is stoked

anyway in case you didn't know chickens will sometimes spontaneously f2m and it's pretty cool

so sad that we are surrounded by birds and most ppl dont even look at them. how can you look at the beloved pigeon and not admire its stupid little waddle and delightful little rump? how can you see the humble house sparrow and not be enraptured by its adorable little cap and splendid black bib? how can you see a seagull and not admire it’s size (very big when you think about it) and it’s tenacity in targeting humans, the most obnoxious and dangerous of all gods creatures? open your eyes
