Incorporating a meditation 🧘🏻‍♂️ practice into my lifestyle has CHANGED THE GAME for me! 🚀 When I first heard about meditation 🧘🏻‍♂️ I was skeptical, “How is sitting here going to help me be more productive, be a better person, I’m good and don’t need it. F^#% this crap!, “ I would say to myself. “I don’t need this shit!,” I mumbled. 😐 The breaking point 4yrs ago : Unconsciously I was spiraling out of control, using alcohol as a cooping, ruining relationships, experiencing depression and not tapping into who the FUCK I AM. 😦 Consistent Practicing personal results: -Tap into source energy -gain clarity on decisions -more self awareness -experience less stress -enjoying/ appreciating life 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 Your possible pushback questions : • -Yes, I relate...still don’t think it will work. -can’t sit still for long period of time. -want to start, afraid my friends might think I’m a hippie 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 Possible pushback answers: • -There was a time I didn’t think it was going to work, it did,have faith -I personally could still for extended periods of time at one point. The moment you ask for something the universe starts to provide, starts working is many ways, in ways you could not have imagined. • In 2004 I enter the sales gym industry, 18 yrs old already intent to become a manager. A mentor of mine gave me advice that would stick with me, “ACT AS IF!, If you want to become a manger, you have to act like one,” he said. Unknowingly this concept of BE | DO | HAVE would have a profound effect on my LIFE journey. 6 months in the gym organization, I become the youngest manger in the Las Vegas area. • At the time I asked for things I was not ready for, not in alignment with the “asks.” In 2010 I was termed from the position as manager, devastating for 23yr. old! This was just a DETOUR, allowing time to pass. Allowing me to rediscover, realign with purpose and experience many lessons, personally and professionally. • The universe, god, cheeseburger 🍔 in the sky, whatever word resonates with your higher power gives exactly what you need at that exact moment. • Once I understood the concept that life comes in waves 🌊.
