So... I would like to prove a point. Me and my friends are all crazy.
I would like to tell two stories and give some points that prove this fact.
Story One: The Pink Starburst Conspiracy
So if you didn’t already know a lot of variety packs of Starburst have lately been filled with an absolutely excessive amount of pink. I was figuring out what to do with all of the ones I received while trick or treating when I noticed one said on the wrapper “I am a pink starburst” and I texted my friend the photo saying “Thanks, I didn’t notice.” We went on talking when I noticed they said two other phrases on the wrappers. “Treat me like a pink starburst” and, most importantly, “You are a pink starburst”. My friend responded with “Pink starburst are made of people-“. Naturally, going with it now I responded, “...That's why they needed to get rid of them so quickly. Hide the evidence before the FDA finds out.”. We are now calling it The Pink Starburst Conspiracy, and now one of our other friends in our friend group who loves pink starburst is accused of cannibalisim. My friend group has a dictionary of inside jokes and terms, and now her entry in it has Cannibal listed in it’s description. It also has its own entire page describing it. This is the second thing I’ve caused to go into that dictionary.
Story Two: The Original Burryeeto
...This is the first thing I got into that dictionary. So, I am the Dungeon Master for the friend group’s D&D campaign we have every Saturday. We always have food during our sessions, and that day we had burritos. We’d been having one of our wild filler sessions where all the characters get drunk and they mess around while I watch the chaos unfold. Eventually I just see a burrito fly past me and onto the floor behind me. This joke ran on and it was eventually referred to as the “Burryeeto”, and had a face drawn on it with marker and written on it “The Original Burryeeto”. One of my friends said something about how no one was gonna eat it since it’s been thrown around(in the packaging and no mess was made) and drawn on. Then I just said, “The Burryeeto is not for eating, it’s for yeeting!”. And now, the joke has gone down in history.
Now me and my friends... we roleplay. I would like to supply you some lines that prove our insanity.
“Fuck with me this morning and it will be your last.” “I’m bored because the adrenaline of killing a man has worn off. Wanna hang?” “I don’t know if I’m joining a clique or a cult... I want to believe I’m joining a clique but I have my doubts.” “It’s shabby for a palace but I mean... It is Zach and his family were talking about here.” “WHERE IS THAT SCUM?! I WANT TO KILL THAT LYING PEICE OF OCEAN GARBAGE!” “Permission to bite her head off?” “PERMISSION GRANTED!” “(Sings a lullaby)” (other character ruthlessly murders outside) “Snake Murder in 5” “(homophobic shit)” “Snake and Fox murder in 2”
My friends and I... we need help. But we’re okay with it.

@huxley-inatomb :
Ted lounged on the small couch in the tour bus, strumming idly on his red electric guitar, humming along to his song. He sighed, stopping, looking over at his manager, Penny, who looked busy as always with her computer.
“So...” he began. “What did they say? Do they want me for the music festival?” He asked conversationally, smiling calmly. He soon let the facade slip, and a sadness crossed his eyes. He placed his guitar on its stand, getting up to sit next to the manger.
“Penny?” He asked weakly after a few minutes, voice small. “Do you...do you think I did the right thing?”
——————————————————————————
Penny sat across from him as she worked on her laptop. With the tour just around the corner and several other events dotted in between along with some things regarding a new album opportunity her workload had not let up. She was okay with that, it was what she had chosen to do with her life and it was for Ted after all, but it had become at least a bit tiring. She turned to him at his question.
“They said that they would. A band who was going to come couldn’t because several of their members caught whatever stomach bug is going around in their home town, so there was an open space.” She said, happy to give him positive news on this kind of thing for once. Ted’s music was beginning to take off now, which was a relief after fighting so long to get his career going.
She noticed the change of mood in him and turned to look, abandoning her laptop on the table next to her. When he asked she answered confidently in the most reassuring way she could muster.
“Ted... I think that deciding to follow your dreams instead of some stupid family legacy was definitely the right call. Would I have come with you if I didn’t think it was?”

@kindsnob :
Ted was still on the verge of panic as he stood before Penny. His lower lip trembled, unidentified emotion coursing through him as he still struggled to comprehend what had even happened to him. His cat ears were slowly lowering along with his mood. But being with Penny, having her know about this issue he was having-- It kind of made him feel better. Less alone. The fact she was trying to help was touching.
“I don’t know how this happened...” He lowered his hand, shaking his head as the tail swung slowly behind him. “Um, I don’t know how you can really help either... I was just-- minding my own business when suddenly these came outta nowhere! I don’t know where they came from or what caused it! I’m okay, but... I’m kinda scared...”
——————————————————————————
Penny looked at him, contemplating the options they had. “Everything is gonna be okay Ted. I promise. And if we can’t fix it, we’ll at least make it easier to deal with. Hmm... maybe this isn’t gonna be as bad as you think.” She said, trying to comfort him. She offered a hand to him. She had to try her best to comfort him. Well... she was the mom friend and it was her job. Plus, she was happy doing it. When other people were happy she felt better and she felt a certain sense of purpose she couldn’t quite place her finger on.
Penny sat back down on the bench she had been sitting on and motioned for Ted to sit with her. “Maybe we can find something fun to do in the mean time... maybe this is just a time thing and will wear off soon. ...I honestly have no other ideas on what to do. How does that sound to you? Have any ideas on what we might be able to pass the time doing?” She said, trying to keep a light-hearted tone in her voice. “So... Hmm. Also, I’m just curious, uhm.. How does it feel? How different is it with the whole part-cat thing now?”

@eggphcbe :
Why did he say that. Why did he say that? Felix hadn’t even meant to be so honest there. He knew that his plan was to say things to hopefully manipulate her into sympathizing with him, but that wasn’t just a ploy to convince her to stop threatening him-- That was him being honest. Honest with himself, from the way he’d said it. At least it was incredibly convincing, judging by her reaction as her hold loosened. That was what he wanted. That was a goal he had achieved. But he could have said something different to achieve the same thing. Anything but that.
Felix tried to keep his mental panicking to a minimum as he stood frozen, staring back at Carla as he held his breath. He barely considered the fact that he could escape as he pleased now that she didn’t have a death grip on him. He didn’t move. “...Am I okay?” He repeated, almost as stunned with himself as Carla was at him. “I... I-- Of course I am.” He stammered, automatic, but the lost tone in his voice was making a comeback as he struggled to understand her question.
Was he okay? Why did she care? Somehow it was harder to convince himself this time around that all was well. “Why would I not be? I’m-- I’m perfect. Just peachy.” And there he was again, back to dishonesty. A liar, liar, liar. “What-- What do you mean ‘do I need something’...?”
——————————————————————————
“Support, help, someone to confide in? A friend? And... it doesn’t seem like it. I know it might seem easier in the moment just to say ‘I’m fine. Everything is okay.’ But that only hurts Felix. Sometimes... sometimes you have to let go of your pride in some of these situations. Get the help so things don’t get worse. And I assure you... life always finds a way to make things worse.” What a hypocrite. Always finding a way to avoid your own problems. I. Can’t. DEAL. WITH. YOU. RIGHT. NOW. Carla took a deep breath.
“I just... know what it’s like to be the one who’s in Ted’s situation with my own older siblings. And no person on earth should have to feel like that, especially someone as sweet as him. And I know what it’s like to refuse to step down and see some of the... errors in your ways and. I guess I just don’t want to see anyone hurt like that. Not on my watch.” She says with a surprising amount of openness. Why are you telling this to Felix?! He’s gonna take that moment of weakness and use it against you like everyone else! ...Well if I don’t return the honesty he is showing he is less likely to respond well to the situation. And it feels kind of good to actually speak my mind. Helping someone else and getting hurt from it matters to me more than self-preservation. She looked back to Felix nervously awaiting his answer. This could either go really really good or really really bad and it was all dependent on him because she surrendered her control over the situation. Carla hoped it would be the better path for everyone involved.

@huxley-inatomb :
He laughed nervously at her flustered reaction, scratching the back of his neck. “No no- i woke up on my own, don’t worry about that!” He smiled a little less, his hands clasping anxiously. “And don’t worry about falling asleep on me- it’s really okay! I promise!”
He truly didn’t mind the fact that Penny had fallen asleep on him- in fact, it only made his fondness for her grow. He almost wanted to take Penny into his arms to comfort her, but he wasn’t sure if they were close enough to risk that yet. “Penny, it’s truly alright. You can sleep wherever you want.” He assured, offering his hand.
——————————————————————————
Penny relaxed a little as Ted reassured her. She felt better about it now. She paused as she remembered her nightmare and her face fell. She softly but firmly wrapped both of her hands around the one he had offered. Scared of letting go. Scared of loosing him. Like her nightmare had said. She was grasping his hand like she was scared of braking him yet at the same time scared that if she didn’t hold on tight enough he would be gone.
She hesitated before speaking. “...Sorry, I’m just feeling a bit... emotional. Bad dream.” She said, clearly much more bothered then she was trying to play herself off to be.

@eggphcbe :
As Felix waited patiently for an answer from Monty, the glasses-clad boy stared off behind Felix. His indecision gave way to allow Carla a chance to pull out her own gift. Monty’s gaze drifted down to the flowers in her hand, and the envelope that came with it. It sure looked special. It felt like it was a lot more special, more personal than a big wad of money like Felix held out.
Decisions, decisions. On one hand, Monty liked Carla more. He liked her as a person. He admired her, and had his eye on her from practically the very beginning. The flowers she got him was sweet, and he wanted to know what was in that envelope. On the other hand, Felix certainly had connections. Countless opportunities to get some wares that Monty wouldn’t be able to get as easy, or as cheap than if he had Felix by his side. And after Felix had seen Monty as worthy to date, he’d been awfully nice. Monty kind of liked it. Felix had been kind of growing on him since then... Not to mention, all that money he could have.
He stared back and forth at the two for a few more moments, until he raised his arms up. “Okay, okay.” He began, looking Felix in the eye. “First of all, I accept.” Then he turned to Carla, “And, I also accept. I... really like both of you. Is, uh. Is that alright?”
——————————————————————————
Carla looked confused for a moment. Then some mix of suprise, relief, and something that couldn’t quite be seen. She looked between the two boys, trying to think of what to say. Well... she thought that Felix and herself may not see eye to eye all the time but.. For Monty? Maybe they could come to some kind of agreement. That wouldn’t be too bad now that she thought about it. She reigned herself back in.
“Well... I mean.. If Felix is okay with it I don’t see anything wrong. It’s the easiest way for us to both be happy. Plus, what would really be the problem?” You and Felix would probably squabble endlessly for either attention or ego-boosts. Oh hush. She thought to herself as she almost anxiously waited for either of the boys to answer her. She still hoped it would end in either her or both of their favors depending on if Felix backed out from being uncomfortable or he agreed to the idea.

@eggphcbe :
Teddy would be perfectly able to be in the advanced class if he wasn’t told those things. If he hadn’t had his confidence and self esteem shattered from the very beginning. Ted was a smart boy, a quick learner underneath his lack of confidence and the initial mistakes he’d make every now and then. ...Felix knew this. He was well aware of that fact. And perhaps that was why Felix said the things he said, why he perpetuated the cycle of trauma his brother went through, to ensure that didn’t happen. Felix could not allow that to happen. He couldn’t allow himself to become the failure in Ted’s place. Why would he ever willingly allow equal competition for control of father’s company? It was just as father said; Felix should not trust anyone. He should step on others to be successful. Including his own brother.
What he still didn’t understand was why she was so vehement about defending Teddy. He didn’t think that she ever really cared that much about him before. Why now? Why did she have to intervene? Felix could feel her grip tightening the more she spoke. He didn’t like this. “Yes, well, that is why Applesoft has a team of employees who take care of advertising and product planning under the CEO. No self respecting heir should settle for anything less than the very top.”
Despite his argumentative words, he glanced away briefly. Verbal and physical abuse. Perhaps it was. But was it not okay? Really? It had to be okay. But maybe buried incredibly deep, he knew it was not okay. “I... I can’t stop.” It was a statement quieter than his usual volume. It wasn’t said with malice or his usual cockiness, it was more something that sounded like defeat. As if he really believed he could not stop. As if that was a fact he couldn’t argue. Then again, who could really tell whether that was genuine or not if he couldn’t even understand his own emotions?
——————————————————————————
Everything else she had expected and then.. his last phrase hit her hard. She was stunned. She had no clue what to say. How would she respond to that?! This wasn’t what she expected at all. It had all caught her completely off guard and however hard she tried to hide it she just couldn’t. Felix... Felix said that. That was Felix who said that. She couldn’t even begin to imagine that for a moment, she knew she had to hear it. The adrenaline she’d been hyped on dissapated and her hold on him loosened as she really tried to get a handle on whatever that just was.
She didn’t realize Felix could’ve probably gotten free with how much force she had pulled off after that. She didn’t even know if she’d care. She blinked a few times. “Felix? Are you— are you okay? Do you.. need something?” She said hesitantly. She wanted to help but why on earth would the boy she had just pinned to a wall and had an argument with accept? Well... she’d put the offer out anyways, even if he took it or not. Her facial expression was somewhere between empathetic and confused, both of which were very genuine.

It is now my 30th day of owning this account. The ride has been a wild one and I do hope it continues.
Thank you @kindsnob for putting up with me through them. And @huxley-inatomb for giving this piece of garbage your time of day. IT HAS NOT FELT LIKE 30 DAYS. Does it feel longer or shorter? I have no idea. We may never know. But hey I made it through these last 30 days ten times better then I could’ve expected between you guys and my friends so... yeah. Thanks for all this. And to think if I hadn’t just pulled up the confidence to talk to this one person doing really cool threads with tons of people, one in particular being pretty cool(the ones mentioned beforehand) I wouldn’t be here typing this message. I’d probably be asleep. Or dying the same way. We won’t get to know now. And I’m happy about it.

And this my friends is why I never get work done, personified.
“Ash is such a soft-boi I love him!”
Oh it would be fun to do something between Ted and Ash because I feel like it would be a cute combination.
“Listen. Do you feel comfortable roleplaying Ash outside of his intended context yet? Do you want to figure out how to bride the sheer gap between Ash being a Wings of Fire OC and Ted being a Kindergarten character? Brining a five year old and a young dragon together isn’t easy is it? Also you have enough to do.”
Yeah so I have a lot in my drafts and I am unconfident in my characters. So what? Do you know where my muse for Roleswap!Penny went also? I need it for like two of my seven drafts cause yeah.
“Not my problem.”
Sure. Sure it isn’t. It isn’t the personified equivalent of my Creativity’s job to know how to write my characters.
“Pandora still doesn’t have character development.”
One, that is off topic. And two, which one?
“Why don’t we just go write more Plume or Sienna backstory?”
You are why I never get anything done.
“You haven’t thought about Naomi in a while have you?”
Oh I don’t need a reminder of that. You know what I’m going to go read my drafts and ignore you.
“Did you study for that thing?”
Yes I did an hour ago.
“Are you aware it’s midnight?”
I am now, and still don’t care. Okay that’s it, goodbye.
“Wait what about-“
I know your gonna mention the Carla/Monty/Felix thread or @kindsnob ‘s neko Ted again and I don’t wanna hear it and nor do I have to! The first one is his problem until he responds and I’m sure no one on earth has any kind of clue whats going on towards that second one now so nope!
“You haven’t planned D&D for Saturday yet.”
GODDAMMIT IM GOING.

“Penny? Penny--? I’m, um... I may have a problem....” Ted called out as he ran towards her, familiar panic washing over him but all in a different way than usual.
Normally, he didn’t quite feel the panic in his tail that was sticking out, tense. And his ears usually weren’t this fluffy or high up on the top of his head. He didn’t know what happened, and he didn’t know if he could expect Penny to help him, but he just had to tell someone about this. He definitely wouldn’t be going to his brother for it.
As he ran up to the girl, all he did was point up at his ears, tail flicking behind him. He didn’t know what to say, but he had a pleading look on his face.
——————————————————————————
Penny had been sitting, reading a book. Like usual. And then her friend called out to her and she looked up to see... cat ears? She had immediately bolted up from where she was sitting to get a better look with a puzzled expression on her face. A large part of her was taking her usual mom friend approach and then... there was a small part that was curious. About all of it.
“Wha-uh-ha——Ted! How did this happen?! What happened? Just-Just-Is there something I can do to help?! What even— okay..” She said hurriedly with shock and confusion heavy in her voice at a much higher pitch than usual. “Alright uhm... let’s slow down. Are you okay? Did anything go wrong that caused this?” She said trying to calm herself and slow the quickening pace of the conversation.

Felix was out for a walk. Nothing special, just a walk. Everything seemed to be normal. He was the only one out on a day as gloomy as it was and as usual nothing about the glamorous houses had changed from the last time. He arrived in a large green area in the center of the expensive homes with this beautiful clear lake with several fountains disturbing the water, turned grey by the cloudy skies above.
Until he noticed a person he didn’t recognize, which was uncommon, leaning against a tree. She had long blonde hair, and she was wearing a yellow plaid over shirt over just a plain white t-shirt, brown jeans and some work boots of a slightly darker color, along with these big golden colored glasses sitting on her face. She looked to be around 15-16 you’d guess. Kind of rough with various healed scars and brusies, and the way she stood with no weight on one leg is odd. Like nothing you’d expect among the beautiful homes that were here. She just seemed to be looking around.
You saw her notice you and she walked over to you. “You’re the first person I’ve seen out here!” She said with some excitement. Other than your friends and enemies for a long time. Now isn’t the time for that! “I’m Sienna. I am... pretty sure I’m lost.” She said almost a bit embarrassed. “And you are? Sorry if this is awkward. I’m... not the best at talking to people.” She said.

@eggphcbe :
A proposal, huh? Monty didn’t quite appreciate having his conversation with Carla interrupted-- He felt like they were really getting somewhere together. She really seemed to be taking a liking to him, if the flirting before Felix came along wasn’t already enough indication. Seeing as Carla wasn’t intercepting yet, Monty decided to listen just to see whatever it was that was so important that moneybags just had to butt in. “Alright, Huxley. I’ll hear you out, but make it quick. Kinda in the middle of something here.”
Felix on the other hand, seemed as pleased as he could get with this development. At the very least, it was good his business partner was willing to listen. He had plans of his own where he was planning to mostly buy out Monty’s affection. He had the funds for it anyway. And he did have the capability of treating him well-- Monty was a kid who’d gotten on his good side, so he likely would be nicer to him than most people, especially with the minor infatuation he’d developed for him.
The rich boy paid no mind to Carla, or the fact that Monty wanted to get back to his conversation with her. But he did intend to make it quick. It wasn’t in good practice to beat around the bush, after all. “Of course, Monty. You see, I admire your business skills, and I feel that we would work quite well together.” And there he goes, pulling out his money. Tempting, tempting money for the ginger. “What do you say? Do you accept my courtship?”
And what a lot of money he had on hand. Monty was a little stunned for a moment as he tried to figure out how to answer Felix.
——————————————————————————
Carla watched. She might have something to offer him but nothing was going to be better than cold hard cash. ...And he was going straight for the relationship card. God dammit, she should have cut him off sooner. Then she had an idea. She pulled out her own gift, a quite expensive looking bouquet of flowers with an envelope attached.
She continued to stand behind Felix, trying to pull some but not too much attention to herself as she looked down at her gift dejectedly. Can’t compete? Your a girl. You naturally have an affinity for the guilt card. Take advantage of it. She told herself. She internally prayed that it’d work. But Felix knew what Monty wanted exactly and had the confidence to straight up ask. Carla wanted something a little more romantic. Have fun with it a bit. But romance probably couldn’t compete well when directly faced with a straight forward approach.
Please work. I don’t think I have another option. And of very few, loosing isn’t one of them.

@kindsnob :
It wasn’t a great day, having to watch his fellow student get injured enough to be taken to the nurse. Ted had been one of the kids who offered to take her there. Although they didn’t really talk to each other much, Ted still cared about Carla. He cared about everyone. And right now, seeing as she was hurt, the main thing he wanted was for her to be okay.
He didn’t condone fighting. And he had no idea how it must have started, but knowing Carla for this long, he was surprised that she lost. It was yet another reason to raise his concern for her. Even more so as she spoke to him and said that while he was at her side.
Don’t leave? Ted offered a shy smile as he pat her arm gently, reassuringly. “I won’t leave you… I can keep you company here for as long as you need me to. I don’t mind.” He answered, voice soft. Soothing without really meaning for it to be-- That was just how it came out. He really didn’t mind, even though he had initially wanted to head to class once the bell rang. But he could stay here with her if she really wanted him to.
——————————————————————————
Carla had been through quite a bit that afternoon. First someone insulted her standing and then she lost trying to prove them wrong. And her pride wasn’t the only thing that was hurt. She’d twisted her ankle falling from a few steps of stairs, and that was an interesting situation, and the fight itself left her with no worse than the fact that she had bitten her lip open and recived a bloody nose at some point. None of it had been pretty.
She was actually really thankful for Ted being there. She felt... a little more grounded with him by her side somehow. Like she wasn’t getting as lost in the thoughts about what was next for her after this. And in a weird mix of a lot of factors she was shaken to the point she didn’t even think about what she said. It sounded absolutely pitiful listening to herself. She hated it. She was already weak and hurt enough, she didn’t need to make it feel more so.
But when he replied she felt better about it. Something about the gestures calmed her so much more than she’d expected. That was part of her problem, how much Ted seemed to effect her on neither of their accord. Why? Did he notice? No this couldn’t be just a platonic thing, nothing is as genuine as this, but then what is it? He had no reason to want to even be her friend, let alone anything remotely more complicated. She realized she had paused for a time due to her thoughts overwhelming her. She took a deep breath in an attempt to calm herself.
“...Thanks for helping me out back there. I... I really appreciate it.” She said with what you were quite sure was a slight blush on her face, though you couldn’t be truly certain.

Penny had been a friend of Ted’s for a while. They had first really met in a friendly encounter on an accidental run in both going to study in the same place by accident and ending up working together. They didn’t talk often, they both had very busy lives after all, but when they did it was a very nice occasion. Today was another one of those days. Penny didn’t want to miss it. It had all meant a lot to her and she told Ted she’d be there. Nor did she want to admit to him that she was sick. He couldn’t catch what she had, she knew that much, and it wasn’t bothering her that much she liked to believe.
They met in a very usual spot at a park right around the halfway point between where the both of them lived. Penny looked up as soon as she heard the boy arrive. “Ted, your here! It’s good to be able to sit and chat outside of school again. It’s been a bit since last time hasn’t it?” She cleared her throat for the second time. “How has your day been? Oh, just give me a moment...” Penny trailed off, beginning to cough roughly. She turned back to him. “Sorry about that. Just got a bit of a sore throat is all.” It wasn’t hard to tell when Penny was lying, she was horrible at hiding it, and that last phrase was no exception.

@eggphcbe :
If only Felix hadn’t been pinned by Carla, clearly at a disadvantage, only then he wouldn’t have taken the time out of his day to listen to her pointless spiel. The moment she’d mentioned she wanted to talk about his brother, Felix truly did not want to bother talking about someone not even worth a second thought in the first place. The only thing keeping him there to listen to her was the threat against his own wellbeing.
He stared. It disgusted her? Did she really think her opinion mattered to him? It was her problem if she couldn’t keep her nosiness out of affairs that were none of her business. Her problem if she dared to get fussy over Teddy being incapable of understanding his place in the Huxley family. It was none of her business. Yet, she insisted on telling Felix what to do when she had no say in what he could and could not do to his brother.
“He’s in the stup-- ...Regular class for a reason.” He held his tongue just a little, only because he knew not to make this the worst he could for himself. “His ‘kind nature’ doubles as pure naivety, isn’t that obvious? He’s not going to survive in the business world like that. They’ll eat him alive. That makes him incapable of anything actually important.” Father thought so, at least, and that meant Felix thought the same. “And-- Why do you care so much about this anyway? This is none of your business, Carla.”
——————————————————————————
As he spoke her fists began to clench. She was still shaking. “You should know that if you didn’t tell him he could not he would be perfectly able to place among the advanced students! And you act like there isn’t anything to a business that doesn’t involve deals and representation. Do you ever wonder who does the planning? Finds the facts to back any of their products? Write advertisements? Manage lower level things like office workers or laborers? Do any expirementation designing or testing the products? Not everything is simply trade and leadership. There’s more to a business then meets the eye Felix. He just needs to be let find his specialties. His niche. And you are completely getting in the way of that! And I wouldn’t have to be involved if what you were doing wasn’t most literally verbal abuse and even possibly unseen physical abuse! It’s not okay! I won’t just stand and watch! And this isn’t for me... I feel bad for what you put the poor lad through everyday! It’s terrible. And it needs to stop.”
Carla’s hold on him was tighter if anything. If there wasn’t something she was in this situation it was distracted from her task. Even if she was taking the long way there. She so badly wanted to hit anything. If it was him or the wall would be decided by how much his next words stirred her anger and how much that blinded her moral compass. There was a chance.

@unconfident-wealth :
He beamed at her, happily clasping his hands together. “Okay! We can ask questions and stuff and then we can be friends!” He gestured for her to follow him, then lead her to a secluded area in front of the school, by a tree. He sat down by the tree and patted the spot next to him.
“So...What’s your favorite color, Penny? Mine’s pink.” He grinned, giggling. “I wanted to start off with something simple. You don’t have to answer if you don’t wanna.” He suddenly became a little meek again, looking away and clearing his throat. “Um, sorry.”
————————————————————
“Alright!” She followed and plopped down next to him. “That’s really cool!” She seemed to miss your sidetracked bit at first, “That’s actually quite hard but any light shade of any cool tone like blue and purple is pretty nice to me. Gold is really pretty too. And... oh no, it’s okay!” She said, suddenly realized what she had missed.
