This is a fanart for a Sherlock fanfiction called 'Wee Doctor' (by American Jedi/Thursday Plaid) of a character called Rooster. It was spur of the moment, and when it comes to long stories like that, it can be hard to remember where characters are described, so it's probably not super accurate.
