hey guys 💕

so you might’ve noticed my big decline in activity these last few months, the reason for it is because my family is going through a really hard time right now.

My parents car broke down a few months ago and because of the bad credit on their names they weren’t able to get a 2nd hand car. They’ve had to go with a rental car which costs R7000 a month. My moms salary just covers this which leaves my dads income (he does sales and doesn’t have a fixed income) going towards rent and utilities, this leaves no money for food. My boyfriend and I have been helping my family out with food, but recently with the increase of gas prices and my mothers work relocating- my parents aren’t certain that they can afford the rental car anymore. They will need to give it back in which means they’ll have no means of transportation and will lose their jobs.

No family is willing to help them and with my boyfriend and I living 5 hours away, we can’t help with transportation and we can only help so much with rent and food. My parents are running out of options and my hands are tied on how to help them more. Currently I’m trying to figure out someway to finance them a car though I have no way of knowing how long that might take and how long my parents have before the worse happens.
