i think maybe part of my Stressy is that i very much don't feel like i'm part of a team at work. like it's there's Us and then there's Charlotte and i know it's not intentional and they all think we're a cohesive unit but also there's a very frequent disregard for my time, like badgering me on my lunchbreaks about things that can easily be found on our central database and tugging on my skirt for help with things they should know when i have another job that i'm meant to be doing or seeing my calendar blocked out for other things and still asking "are you free at this time?" and i can't take time off when i'm sick because i'm the only person who can do X thing and it's a hassle to rearrange appointments and if i'm anything other than Nicey Nice about everything, it's always about how i created an atmosphere and they felt uncomfortable but why does no one ever think about how i feel
