They are having a dip in the cold sea as Giorgos tries to convince him to lose weight. Chris has obviously taken the tempreture perfectly well, while Giorgos was noticably freezing. Then, ironically, they went on a food run.

Chris was working in Britain for five years before the pandemic. He was working out frequently, but also doing steroids to get quick results. In an interview, he explains that the steroids caused his appetite to grow immensely.

When lockdowns started, he was forced to move back to Greece. He had no choice but to stay home. However, he kept on consuming huge amounts of food.

He reportedly has gained 100 kilos (220 pounds) in two years. Now 33 yo, he weighs approx. 170 kilos (380 lbs). He says he is happy with his body and where he is now, but he has realized he got too far and will start a diet next year. Maybe.
