Dialogue from the Italian horror movie Beyond the Door (1974)
Sampled by Doubting Thomas in "F862" on the album The Infidel (1991)

Jessica: "Some afternoons, I don't much like what I see around here. I feel suffocated. I want to escape. So, I sleep. It's like... it's like going away somewhere."

Dmitri: "After that, you will have no more doubts."
There might be more samples from that movie on this song, but I do not want to watch that movie again just to make sure. It is unnerving on many levels, such as the incongruous jazz disco soundtrack. I'm not even sure the plot makes internal sense. But if you like buckets of green vomit and poorly dubbed dialogue in a dreamlike Exorcist/Rosemary's Baby rip-off shot in real 1970s San Francisco, then this movie is for you. The Doubting Thomas song itself is worth listening to over and over, though. Genius hallucinatory beats from the masters.
