it's ok to be addicted to sugary sweets
it's ok to be addicted to adding a stick of butter to every meal
it's ok to be addicted to consuming a gallon of milk a day
it's ok to be addicted to midnight feasts
and most importantly, it's ok to be addicted to the effect this is all having on your body. addicted to your widening body, to your loss of fitness, to your heavier self, to your sagging belly.
it's ok to give into the addiction you've developed to gaining. and to let it make you huge
