Star-Crossed Myth Fluffbruary Fanfic April Catch-up (14th Feb Prompt): Bubbles (Huedhaut/MC)
Title: Bubbles
Fandom: Star-Crossed Myth
Genre: Fluff
Rating: M (For implied sexual talk and taking a bath together)
Pairing: Huedhaut/MC (MC’s name left blank so you can fill it in with whatever you wish in your head)
Word Count: 1362
Written for Prompt:  phone | bubble bath | doll for @fluffbruary
A/N: I guess a bath scene in an SCM Fanfic was gonna be inevitable eventually!
Bubbles (Huedhaut/MC)
Yawning a little, ___ tried to concentrate on throwing together a quick evening meal. The latest event at work might have gone even better than she had hoped but they had been really busy the past week. Perhaps she would just eat this and then get an early night.
It was at that point her phone beeped. Pausing to pick it up, her eyes widened a little as she noticed it had no number attached. She had been expecting it to be Hiyori but when she saw what it actually was she wasn’t sure whether she should be excited or worried. The message read:
‘Could you come over to the mansion tonight? I have connected the door already. Oh, but please have your dinner first, I know what you are like if you have not eaten. ~ Hue.’
___ rolled her eyes a little at the end of the message. She could almost feel Huedhaut smirking through the text. However it was also making her smile. Perhaps the last bit of the message was reassurance that there wasn’t anything wrong and she did really want to see the other.
The idea of an early night now mostly forgotten, she quickly finished the cooking and sat down to eat.
***
A little while later, ___ headed to the mansion as Huedhaut had requested.
“Evening, ___,” Teorus greeted her brightly.
“Evening,” ___ muttered back. “Um… where’s Hue?”
Teorus sighed. “Can’t you spend some time with the rest of us first?”
“Teo…”
“He’s in his room,” Teorus relented. He then smirked teasingly at her. “Actually I would get going. I wouldn’t want to keep you from him any longer.”
___ blinked, a little puzzled, but didn’t question Teorus’ further. Instead she mumbled a thank you to him, before heading to her boyfriend’s room.
Knocking on the door, ___ hesitantly opened it as there was no reply. “Hue?” She called out, stepping into the room. It was then that she realised the lighting in the room was slightly dimmer than usual, but the pool in the middle of Huedhaut’s room was shimmering and filled with bubbles. Moving over to it, she crouched down and ran a hand through the water, the bubble bath mixture feeling nice against her hand.
“Usually people get into baths to enjoy them…”
___ turned sharply as Huedhaut let out a chuckle after that comment. “... Was this what you called me here for?”
“No, I thought I would see how long bubbles would float for before disappearing.”
“Hue,” ___ snapped, but then reddened slightly as she looked back at the pool.
Huedhaut wrapped an arm around her from behind, his hair tickling her cheek as he leant over her shoulder. “Are you not going to get in? I thought you could do with a relaxing evening.”
“How ever did you…” ___ trailed off, recalling the odd way Teorus had been acting when she spoke to him. “You were keeping an eye on me in the reflecting pool weren’t you?”
“That is your own fault,” Huedhaut retorted, holding her close. “After all you spent all of today wishing you could go to bed.”
___ tilted her head upwards to look at him, smirking a little. “You’re supposed to be a Wishes God. You do realise by calling me here, you’ve stopped that from being fulfilled as I was going to go to bed once I’d eaten?”
“I’ve merely delayed it,” Huedhaut responded with a glint in his eyes. “We will get to bed eventually.”
“Hue!” ___ blushed profusely, knowing what he meant by that.
“Oh? Would you rather go back to your smaller bed? I thought you wanted to recharge after your long work week.”
“... I can never win with you,” ___ mumbled. Truth was she was really touched by all the effort the other had gone to, although now she was looking warily at the water once more. “If I’m going to get in, are you going to turn away?”
Huedhaut let go of her and took a step back, but did no more than that. He smirked at her as she turned around. “It is not as though any of you is unfamiliar to me at this point.”
“But, I…” ___ trailed off as she saw Huedhaut raise his hand. “Don’t you dare snap your fingers!”
“... Pfft.” Huedhaut beamed with amusement. His eyes glinted mischievously. “What’s it to be then? Are you going to get undressed yourself or shall I do it for you?”
“If those are the only options, maybe I’ll just go home,” ___ grumbled, heading towards the door.
Huedhaut sighed, looking down at the floor. “We have not seen each other for over a week and you are leaving already?”
___ paused and reached out to him. “Hue, I’m sorry, I…” she trailed off as he looked back up at her, a familiar smirk back on his face. “You’re being really mean tonight!”
“... Forgive me. I missed you.”
Hearing that frank admission, combined with the intense loving gaze the other was now giving her, ___ relaxed into a soft smile of her own. Hugging him tightly now, she stood on tiptoe to kiss the other.
Huedhaut bent down and met her halfway, sharing a kiss so intense anyone else would think they had not seen each other for months, not less than two weeks.
“I missed you too,” ___ admitted quietly as she pulled away from the other. “I would not really have left yet, it’s just…”
“You’re tired,” Huedhaut murmured in understanding. “If I got carried away I apologise.”
“Not at all,” ___ reassured. “But if you want to make it  up to me, you can turn round whilst I get into the pool.”
Huedhaut sighed but smiled wryly at her. “Fine, but you better make it up to me later.”
Once he had turned away as promised, ___ got out of her clothes and quickly into the pool, sinking down into the bubbles so that she was completely covered apart from her face.
A few minutes later there was the sound of footsteps approaching her, and Huedhaut held out a cocktail drink for her.
Taking it from him, ___ took a sip of it, her eyes closing a little as she enjoyed the sweet taste of the alcohol it contained. “Mmm, this is an oddly relaxing drink…”
“Good, it is supposed to be,” Huedhaut murmured softly.
“... You not getting in?” ___ asked hesitantly as she looked up at him, her face reddening a little at the suggestion.
Huedhaut smirked at her. “You insist I turn around for you to get in and now you are inviting me in anyway.”
“Well… the bubbles do make this less…”
The other chuckled lightly. “Maybe I should fill this with bubbles more often then,” he teased. He snapped his fingers to get rid of his uniform, before quickly slipping into the water beside her.
Trying to stay relaxed, ___ took another sip of her drink, watching her boyfriend as he summoned a drink for himself. Looking around the room now, she murmured, “You know in such a lavish pool with all these bubbles and a custom cocktail in my hand, I feel like I’m in some kind of Hollywood romance movie.”
“If you want me to start calling you ‘Doll’ I’m sure I could oblige,” Huedhaut responded, his expression unreadable.
“... What makes you think I would like something like that?!” ___ responded, feeling a little flustered at even the suggestion of pet names. However she then splashed some of the water in Huedhaut’s direction as the other closed his eyes and beamed at her. “Hue! I thought you were going to lay off the sarcasm!”
“... I’m sorry but your expressions are just too amusing.”
___ sighed softly, unable to stop smiling despite her slight frustration at his teasing. However, they both knew that neither of them would have it any other way. Hesitantly she moved nearer to him in the water.
Huedhaut hesitantly wrapped an arm around her shoulder. “___ ?”
“Thank you for tonight, this is much nicer than just going straight to bed would have been.”
Huedhaut turned and kissed her briefly, before leaning his forehead against her own. “Anytime.”

Star-Crossed Myth Fluffbruary Fanfic April Catch-up (13th Feb Prompt): Lazy Day (Aigonorus/MC)
Title: Lazy Day
Fandom: Star-Crossed Myth
Genre: Fluff
Rating: M (For implied sexual talk)
Pairing: Aigonorus/MC (MC’s name left blank so you can fill it in with whatever you wish in your head)
Word Count: 670
Written for Prompt:  choice | snuggling | furry for @fluffbruary
A/N: Have some sweet fluffy alone time with Aigo!
February 13th: Lazy Day (Aigonorus/MC)
“So, what do you want to do tonight?” Aigonorus asked ___, having picked her up from the planetarium after work as per usual.
___ looked at him with a soft smile. “Why don’t you choose,” she responded gently.
Aigonorus’ eyes widened a little. “You want me to pick? But… the others… you know they’re right about what I like to choose to do.”
“I’m sure you can think of something,” ___ reassured, taking his hand in her own.
Aigonorus hesitated. He knew that ___ knew that if it was up to him they would just spend time cuddling in his room, maybe with something sweet to eat but not much else. Yet she had still suggested he choose tonight.
Glancing at her again, Aigonorus sighed softly as he noticed the tiredness behind her eyes. Clearly she was just making it seem like his choice because she didn’t want to worry him. “Weirdo,” he muttered to her.
“Aigo?” ___ asked, puzzled at the sudden comment.
“Why are you trying to hide that  you’re tired from me?” Aigonorus retorted. He then smiled softly. “Come on.” He snapped his fingers.
They materialised in his room at the mansion. About to pull her down onto the bed with him, Aigonorus frowned as he suddenly felt a cold breeze in the room. He shuddered.
“Aigo?” ___ asked with concern. “I thought the cold didn’t affect the Gods?”
“Natural cold doesn’t,” Aigonorus muttered, scowling. “This has to be Ichthys’ doing.”
“But why?” ___ wondered.
Aigonorus shook his head. “Meh, who cares. You said it was my choice what we did tonight and I choose not to bother finding out what he was trying to pull. We can keep each other warm,” he added, smirking at ___ as he pulled her into a tight embrace before laying them both down on the bed.
However, as she started to shudder herself, Aigonorus frowned with concern. The cold affecting her was a much different matter. Quickly snapping his fingers a large furry blanket appeared on top of them.
___ curled closer to him under the blanket, closing her eyes with a happy smile on her face as they snuggled together. “This is relaxing,” she murmured.
“Good,” Aigonorus muttered. “But if you didn’t want to go anywhere tonight you could have just asked. I’m happy to just spend time with you like this. If you always asked me this is where we’d probably end up most of the time.”
She laughed softly at that. “I know. But I wanted this to be your decision. You could have come up with something else if you’d wanted to… in fact…” she reopened her eyes to look knowingly into Aigonorus’s own. “That was why you were so lost in thought wasn’t it? You were trying to think whether there was anything else you wanted before you realised I was tired so decided to do your usual anyway.”
Aigonorus sighed. “Yeah… but I only came up with one thing, and I’m not going to ask to do that whilst you’re tired.”
“Aigo!” ___ snapped, going bright red.
However, the other looked at her with confusion. “Huh?”
Realising she had misunderstood, that only made ___ feel more embarrassed. “Sorry, what exactly were you thinking of?”
“... That I’d like some marshmallows,” Aigonorus admitted.
Grimacing at her own thoughts, ___ tried to calm down and reached for her bag. She pulled out a bag of homemade marshmallows. “You’re in luck. I did actually make some for tonight anyway.”
Taking them from her, Aigonorus’ face lit up with a dazzlingly bright smile. About to put one into his mouth, his brain finally caught up with what ___ had misconstrued earlier. He turned to her once more with a daring smirk on his face. “Oh, you thought I wanted that, did you? Well just because we’re relaxing and you’re tired, it doesn’t mean we can’t have some fun.”
Popping a marshmallow into his mouth this time, Aigonorus pulled her closer before capturing her lips in a very sweet kiss.

Star-Crossed Myth Fluffbruary Fanfic April Catch-up (12th Feb Prompt): Scenic Saviour (Tauxolouve/MC)
Title: Scenic Saviour
Fandom: Star-Crossed Myth
Genre: Fluff
Rating: T
Pairing: Tauxolouve/MC (MC’s name left blank so you can fill it in with whatever you wish in your head)
Word Count: 1,040
Written for Prompt: February 12 : graceful | volcano | blanket for @fluffbruary
A/N: Again I really hope this one is fluffy enough 😅 Caring Tauxolouve after Ichthys gets MC into trouble, basically.
February 12th: Scenic Saviour (Tauxolouve/MC)
There was no doubt about it, ___ was lost. Even though she was much more used to the Heavens these days, she really should have known better than to relent and let Ichthys drag her somewhere for her to help with some plan. The chaos that prank he pulled had caused ended with them running away from the area they had been in, but they seemed to have got split up at some point. She should have just waited for her husband but with Wishes having an urgent mission, Ichthys saw an opportunity for them to have some fun.
Sighing softly, ___ suddenly noticed what seemed like a rather steep hill nearby. Deciding she might be able to get a better view from up there, she started to carefully make her way up the incline, careful not to trip. As it started to get steeper, she frowned, realising she had made a mistake. Worse, she still couldn’t tell where she was. I wish Tauxolouve was here.
There was a snapping noise at that moment, and Tauxolouve appeared behind her, a rather serious expression on his face. “Took you long enough to think to try and get a wish ta me, little lady. What are you…” he trailed off as he realised where they were, his eyes widening. He forced a reassuring smile onto his face. “Ah. Come to me, carefully now.”
“Lou? What’s wrong?” ___ asked, startled at his sudden change from being rightly irritated at her vanishing on him to concerned but clearly trying not to make her feel uneasy.
“Just come here,” Tauxolouve answered, holding out his hand.
Hesitantly, ___ reached for it. Just about managing to grab ahold of her husband’s hand, he pulled her tightly into his arms.
“You’re cold,” he muttered, summoning a blanket and wrapping it around her. “But then you would be wandering around the middle of nowhere this late.” He then linked arms with her and slowly and gracefully guided her back down to the ground, clearly relaxing once they were both down.
___ looked at him oddly. “Tauxolouve? Couldn’t you have just teleported us back to the Palace from up there if there’s a problem with this area?”
“...” Tauxolouve sighed. “It’s not a good idea to use divine energy around volcanoes yanno.”
“Huh?” ___’s eyes widened. “This is a volcano? I didn’t even know you had any in the Heavens!”
This time, Tauxolouve’s eyes widened in surprise, and then he relaxed into a smirk. “It’s starting to get dark so I’ll just say this: look at the sky.”
Initially puzzled, ___ did as he suggested, then blinked in surprise. “But if the star formations look like that, then…”
“Yup, this is Earth.” Tauxolouve chuckled lightly. “If you didn’t even know that, no wonder you couldn’t work out where you were going.”
___ grimaced, unconsciously leaning into her husband.
“Are you okay?” Tauxolouve suddenly asked, giving her a gentle squeeze.
“I’m fine,” ___ reassured, looking back up at the volcano. “It’s not like I realised what this is or even that this was Earth. I wasn’t in any danger, right?”
Tauxolouve sighed softly. “This isn’t an active volcano. Though I hope if you ever get lost again you try to reach me quicker than this. What on earth happened?”
“... I was with Ichthys and the prank he pulled got us separated, but…”
“That kid,” Tauxolouve grumbled. “You do realise he was getting you to help with the Punishments list without you realising it, right? That’s why this’s Earth.”
___’s eyes widened, but she couldn’t help but smile. “Surely him actually doing work in that odd way is better than him planning something to use against you lot?”
Tauxolouve relaxed into a soft smile. “Yeah, I guess you’re right. And in a way this’s my fault for not being able to meet you when we had arranged.”
“Don’t be silly, you were working,” ___ murmured gently. She then glanced back up at the volcano. “I didn’t think I’d ever see one of these this close, not even an inactive one.”
“... Want to see it lit up?” Tauxolouve asked, a teasing smile on his face.
___ turned sharply to him. “Can you do that safely?! What about everyone around this area? And what was it you were saying about it being dangerous to use divine energy around it?”
“That was only when we were standing directly on it. Teleportation coulda interfered with tremors. Teleporting to it was fine ‘cos most of the power needed was used the other end. I didn’t dare risk it this. As to the surrounding area, we’re pretty secluded here, and it’ll be perfectly safe for a second.” Winking at her, Tauxolouve raised his hand and snapped his fingers.
For a brief moment, the top of the volcano lit up and bubbled, the little bit of magma shining brightly under the night sky. He quickly snapped his fingers again and the volcano reverted to its inert state once more.
“Wow,” ___ muttered, before turning to face Tauxolouve with a loving smile on her face. “Thank you. I’m not sure I deserved that after the trouble I caused you.”
“Nonsense,” Tauxolouve muttered softly, wrapping his arms around her. He bent down and captured her lips in a brief kiss. “You didn’t get lost on purpose, and you’re only here because of Ichthys. You’re always tryin’ to help. ‘Sides, I needed to make it up to you that you’ve been waiting so long for me tonight.”
___ smiled brightly at him. “Lou, you made it up to me the minute you appeared by my side. You’d clearly been waiting for me to reach out and enable you to find where I was. As you asked me what happened I guess you hadn’t even seen Ichthys yet, but you were still looking for me?”
“‘Course I was. I knew you wouldn’t have gone home simply ‘cos I had some extra work to do. I knew you’d still want to spend time with me, no matter how brief.”
Reaching a hand up to Tauxolouve’s face, ___’s eyes glinted with love.
Smiling alluringly back at her, Tauxolouve closed the short distance between them without another word, this time pulling her into a much deeper kiss.

Star-Crossed Myth Fluffbruary Fanfic April Catch-up (11th Feb Prompt): Commitment (Zyglavis/MC)
Title: Commitment
Fandom: Star-Crossed Myth
Genre: Fluff
Rating: T
Pairing: Zyglavis/MC (MC’s name left blank so you can fill it in with whatever you wish in your head)
Word Count: 1,561
Written for Prompt: February 11 : reflection | water | apology for @fluffbruary
A/N: Zig please, I'm trying to write fluff. Ahem I hope the fluffiness of this one shines through, I guess you can kinda describe it as fluff to ease internal worrying? 😅
February 11th: Commitment (Zyglavis/MC)
Zyglavis sighed as he worked through a seemingly never-ending punishments list at his personal reflecting pool in his room. He was sure he could trust Dui to tell ___ that he would not be able to make it to Earth tonight after all but that did not mean he liked how startlingly often this had been happening lately. He knew ___ understood his position and the importance of what he did, in fact it sometimes frustrated him that she would back off with her troubles rather than interrupt him when he was busy. He would always find a way to make time for her.
And yet, here he was, still working. Worse still this had been a last minute thing so he had not been able to change their arrangements in advance.
Before he could ruminate further on whether he should have found a way to see her tonight, Zyglavis was interrupted by a knock at his door. Expecting it to be Scorpio he snapped his fingers to open it. “Is there a problem?” He asked, not turning round from the pool.
“Not unless you count overworking,” came the familiar voice of ___.
Zyglavis sharply turned to face her. Frowning he glanced to the side, his posture stiff. She didn’t seem upset, but… “My apologies. This really could not wait. However I should have thought to find a way to update you in person. The frequency of urgent work recently has been -”
“Zyglavis,” ___ interrupted softly, moving over to him and placing a hand gently on his arm. “I don’t need an apology. That’s not why I’m here.”
“... Was there something you needed to talk about urgently?” Zyglavis asked, his tone now concerned as he returned his gaze to his girlfriend.
“Relax,” ___ sighed. “Not everything has to be a problem.”
Taking a deep breath, Zyglavis finally became less rigid and he looked lovingly at her. However he was still frowning. “I’m glad, but I do have to finish this work. I will not be able to give you any attention.”
___ smiled reassuringly at him. “I don’t mind just spending time with you, you know.”
Zyglavis sighed, but finally relaxed into a smile himself. “Well I cannot say that it is not wonderful to see you. Are you quite certain you are alright just relaxing here whilst I work? What I am doing won’t upset you?”
“It won’t if I don’t look,” ___ pointed out. “But if you want a second opinion I could help.”
“Oh? And do you have an opinion already?” Zyglavis asked, still a little thrown by her being there.
“I think you’ll find I said it when I first came in. You are overworking.”
“Whether I am or not is immaterial when this cannot wait.”
___ rolled her eyes and put her hand on the pile of papers he was still holding. “All of these have to be done tonight or was there just something in particular that needed dealing with and you decided as there was no way you could make it back to Earth at a reasonable time that you might as well do the rest of the work as well?”
“...” Zyglavis looked to the side. He should have known she’d be able to read him this well so far into their relationship. “Technically it does still need doing as it is what I was initially supposed to be doing today.”
There was another knock at the door, and this time it was Scorpio who entered the room. He looked at the Minister of Punishments with a frown. “Tch, I can’t believe that damn problem child was right that you’d still try to do all this shit yourself even after what the King needed us both for earlier. Give the rest of the list here.”
“Scorpio,” Zyglavis snapped. “You have been nearly as busy as -”
“Today, maybe,” Scorpio interrupted, “but not the last time. And anyway I don’t have something else that should have my attention.”
Zyglavis frowned. “But…”
“Dammit, Zig, will you let me do you a favour for once rather than the other way around? The others are worried too, you know.”
“... Ah.” Zyglavis somewhat reluctantly handed the rest of the punishments list over to his Vice Minister. “If anything comes up that you believe needs me, I still expect you to fetch me, clear?”
Scorpio relaxed into a smirk at that. “Very.” He then shot a glance at ___ that seemed to mean ‘you owe me one for this, woman’, before leaving.
Zyglavis sat down on the edge of his bed with ___, sighing softly. He looked at her, still seemingly a little troubled. “Well, now you have got my attention but I’m afraid it is too late to go anywhere.”
“Zyglavis, I said before I was happy just to spend time with you. Besides, we don’t want you going anywhere, we want you to rest.”
Hearing her reassuring words that she was happy to just stay with him in his room, Zyglavis wrapped an arm around her. “Did the others put you up to this?” He asked with slight suspicion, sure that Scorpio wouldn’t have confronted him on his own without her first breaking down his barriers.
“Not exactly,” ___ murmured, leaning into his embrace. “But, um… you see… after Dui gave me your message, there was a certain comment that made the others leap to your defence and it suddenly became clear that you’d been making sure to help everyone else as well still as well as your usual duties on top of this extra assignment…”
Zyglavis was initially puzzled and then he scowled. “Did that wretched Lion imply that I do not value you?! Because if he did -”
___ laughed lightly. “I don’t care what Leon thinks. I know you care for me. No doubt you spent tonight before I got here worrying that you hadn’t even been able to cancel in person?”
“...” Zyglavis couldn’t find any way to respond to that, knowing that she was correct. “So what actually happened? Much as I trust my Vice Minister I very much doubt he would have agreed to bring you up here if you’d just asked.”
“... Well like I said all the others were defending your decision, but as you may have gathered from what Scorpio said Ichthys was the one who bought up you wouldn’t even leave the normal work, but in regards as to who actually put the idea into Scorpio’s head that he should take the list off you? I think that was actually Huedhaut.”
Zyglavis’ eyes widened a little in surprise. “I beg your pardon?”
___ laughed. “Oh I doubt Scorpio even realises that that was what happened, but one minute Huedhaut was being condescending to Leon regarding commenting on your work ethic considering how often he disappears on Karno, and the next Scorpio was grabbing my hand snapping that if I still wanted to come up here he’d come with me to get away from the nonsense everyone else was spouting.”
“... Pfft…” Zyglavis broke into a wide smile. “I may have to ask someone to show me a vision of that later. Still…” he sighed. “I suppose this shows just how buried in my work I have been recently for both departments to make comments tonight. My apologies for -” Zyglavis cut off as ___ leant forward and captured his lips in a brief kiss. “... ___ ?”
“I told you before that I didn’t need an apology,” ___ murmured softly. “Besides, I think that’s enough talk of the others and work tonight don’t you?”
Zyglavis smirked at her. “True. I suppose you still wish me to get some ‘rest’.”
___ nudged him lightly for that suggestive comment. “Yes, rest, like I said,” she replied firmly. However she then reached into her bag and pulled out a neatly wrapped package. “Here. I was going to give you this tonight.”
“What’s the occasion?” Zyglavis wondered as he undid the wrapping.
“Does there have to be one?”
Zyglavis shook his head slightly, then looked down at what he was holding. It was a box of chocolates with parfait filling, including ganache ones. “I hardly deserve these right now…”
“Of course you do,” ___ murmured, wrapping her own arms around him now. “I picked them up simply cos I happened to see a display of them at the convenience store and I thought of you. I could have saved them for some special occasion but you have been working so hard, this is exactly what you need right now.”
“But I do not have anything to give you in return.”
___ smiled softly. “You do not need to give me anything. I did this because I wanted to. All I want from you right now is to slow down a little. The Gods may not need sleep but you’ve been working so hard you did not even notice…” she quickly trailed off.
“Notice what?” Zyglavis asked, frowning.
“I promised I wouldn’t say anything,” ___ muttered.
Zyglavis sighed heavily. “From your tone I am certain it is something  that Ichthys has done. Well, he should be glad I am in a forgiving mood as I will not ask you anything further pertaining to that. Just tell him that the next time he pulls a prank I will not be so lenient.”
Laughing lightly, ___ leant over and kissed him once more.

Written for Prompt: February 10 : flush | angel | owl for @fluffbruary
February 10th: Wholesome Wish (Aigonorus/MC)
“This way,” Aigonorus muttered to ___ as they continued to walk along the riverbank, the only light the stars and the bright full moon in the sky.
___ frowned at her boyfriend. He’d been very insistent about doing this but she could tell he was tired. “Aigo, why don’t we rest for a bit?”
“Not yet,” he replied with a sigh, clear he’d rather do just that. “...Any marshmallows left?” He hesitantly asked.
That at least caused ___ to smile. “You ate those ages ago, but if you want some more couldn’t you just summon some?”
“That’s not the same,” Aigonorus muttered with a sigh.
“I’m sorry.”
This time Aigonorus smiled softly as he looked at her. “You’re apologising that I already ate them? Weirdo.”
Before ___ could say anything else, they were interrupted by a hooting noise from the trees nearby. Suddenly everything made sense: Why Aigonorus had insisted they not only go for a walk but to do it this late at night in such a secluded area despite this really not being Aigonorus’ usual idea of an ideal date. Somewhere they could cuddle and lay down and share soft treats was more likely.
“Finally,” Aigonorus muttered to himself, before snapping his fingers.
The owl flew over to them and landed on Aigonorus’ shoulder. He then looked at ___ with an uncertain look in his eyes. “This was what you wanted, right?”
___ smiled brightly and stepped closer. “You heard my wish when I was talking to Hiyori about that bird article during my lunch break didn’t you?”
Aigonorus frowned. “Was I not supposed to?”
“... Well I didn’t intentionally make a wish, but,” ___ answered as she looked at Aigonorus and the owl, “I’m glad I did,” she admitted, her face flushing red a little at the admission. “You came out here, walked for ages, used your divine power just so that I could see one up close. You really are an angel, Aigo.”
The other smiled brightly at her, his eyes closing with happiness. “Meh, even that annoying walk was worth it to see you so happy.” He then reopened his eyes. “You gonna touch her?”
“... Can I?”
Aigonorus nodded.
She hesitantly reached a hand out, then petted the owl gently on the head. Stepping back after that, she turned her attention to Aigonorus. “I think you best let her go now.”
“Yeah, you’re right,” Aigonorus agreed, snapping his fingers again, and watching as the owl flew off back into the dense trees.
___ wrapped her arms around Aigonorus, hugging him tightly. “Thank you,” she murmured softly.
Turning to face her, Aigonorus smirked. “If you really want to thank me, I think you can do better than that."
Her face now even redder than before, ___ pulled Aigonorus into a deep and loving kiss. The only sounds around the running water of the river behind them, and the distant sound of an owl twit-twoo’ing amongst the trees.

Someone needs to show Tauxolouve zip up boots. He wouldn't need to snap his fingers to do up the laces then. 😂
I JUST REALIZED THEY DON'T HAVE ZIPPERS IN THE HEAVENS-

Star-Crossed Myth Fluffbruary Fanfic April Catch-up (9th Feb Prompt): Rocky Paths (Karno/MC)
Title: Rocky Paths
Fandom: Star-Crossed Myth
Genre: Fluff
Rating: T
Pairing: Karno/MC (MC’s name left blank so you can fill it in with whatever you wish in your head)
Word Count: 626
Written for Prompt: February 9 : urgency | kneel | rural for @fluffbruary
A/N: I really hope this one is fluffy enough 😅
February 9th: Rocky Paths (Karno/MC)
Holding Karno’s hand as they walked along the rather steep path with the other employees of the planetarium that had come on this work outing, ___ smiled softly to herself as she looked up at the stars in the night sky. For once Karno being able to be a part-time member of the planetarium whenever he felt like it had made it a lot easier for him to tag along on this trip. It was nice to enjoy some time together with less of a threat of interruptions for once.
Perhaps she relaxed a little too much though as next thing she knew, she had tripped over a loose rock on the path that she hadn’t even noticed because she’d been too busy enjoying the clear bright stars above them thanks to being out in the countryside rather than in the city. Unable to regain her balance, she tried to let go of Karno’s hand so that she didn’t pull him over with her.
Karno, however, grabbed her hand more tightly and yanked her arm with urgency. Now kneeling down, he held her tightly in his lap, regarding her with concern. “___, are you alright?”
“I’m fine. Sorry, I should have paid more attention to the path.”
“What path?” Karno muttered, his breathing a little strained.
Frowning, ___ glanced round, her eyes widening as she realised how close to the edge of the hill they were. Whilst it wasn’t that much of a drop it would have still have hurt. “Karno, I…”
“Relax,” Karno murmured gently, reaching a hand up and brushing her hair back. “If we’d gone over I’d have snapped my fingers.”
Trying to relax as he suggested, ___ frowned as she thought of something. “I’m sorry I was distracted by the stars, but, did you not notice we had ventured off the path?”
“Ah,” Karno muttered, glancing away. “I was admiring the view…”
___ blinked. “Were we both looking at the sky?”
Karno turned back to her, an alluring smirk now on his face. “Now I didn’t say that, did I?”
Suddenly realising that he meant he’d been admiring her admiring the sky, ___ flushed bright red. About to move away from him, she instead buried her head in his shoulder as she heard the footsteps of their co-workers rushing over to them, trying to hide the fact that she was blushing.
Chuckling softly, Karno held her tightly and turned to face the others himself instead.
“Is everything alright?” Hiyori asked with worry. “When we realised you weren’t behind us anymore we turned around and here you are pretty near the edge.”
“We’re fine,” Karno reassured her softly. “___ tripped over a rock. I was able to help her regain her balance but we were just getting our breath back.”
Hiyori then broke into a grin as she regarded the way they were sitting. “Getting your breath back or sneaking a little alone time?”
Karno smiled softly, helping ___ to her feet at this point. “You caught me,” he admitted to Hiyori, the others having moved away a little now that they’d seen they were alright.
“It must be so nice to have your boyfriend here, ___,” Hiyori muttered.
Now a lot calmer, ___ couldn’t help but smile at that. “Yes, yes it is.”
Chuckling lightly, Karno took her hand in his once more. “In which case, could you perhaps keep your focus on me this time rather than the sky? Let’s not have any more stumbles.”
Hiyori laughed. “Karno, you saying it like that makes it almost sound as though you are jealous of the stars.”
Karno and ___ shared a glance with each other and couldn’t help but laugh.
If only Hiyori knew how much meaning that teasing comment really had.

online communities are so strange because people slip away so easily. you can be on here for years, folding people you've never met into the fabric of your daily life, and then they disappear, leaving only ghost posts scattered across tumblr behind. or their blog stays dormant, for weeks, months, years, until you're only still following them because you remember that they love sunflowers or they were kind to you when they didn't have to be or the last thing they posted was sad and raw and you still worry about them sometimes.
and sometimes they come back when you least expect it, years later, even, and there's this sudden rush of relief like there you are, there you are, even though you barely knew each other.
there's a strange kind of love to it. i don't know you and i want to hold your hand across miles and time zones and oceans. i can still see the imprint of you in this community you left. you don't anyone will notice or care when you're gone, but we notice and we care and we wish you well.
i hope you're all okay out there. i hope the sun is shining on your face and you are breathing deeply. i miss you.

Star-Crossed Myth Fluffbruary Fanfic April Catch-up (8th Feb Prompt): Shimmering Rain
Title: Shimmering Rain
Fandom: Star-Crossed Myth
Genre: Fluff
Rating: T
Pairing: Huedhaut/MC (MC’s name left blank so you can fill it in with whatever you wish in your head)
Word Count: 823
Written for Prompt: February 8 : shower | blessed | layer for @fluffbruary
February 8th: Shimmering Rain (Huedhaut/MC)
As ___ headed out of the planetarium at the end of the working day, she frowned as it suddenly started absolutely tipping down with rain. It had not been forecast and as it had not only been sunny but very warm for the rest of the day, she had not bought a coat with her. Hiyori had already left, else she might have headed back in and asked whether she had an umbrella she could borrow. Resigning herself to the fact she was going to get soaked, ___ started off in the direction of her apartment, but she did not get far: a figure stepped out from the shadow of the planetarium building.
“I did not take you for a literal Goldfish.”
___ sighed heavily and turned to face Huedhaut, but any comeback she could have even attempted vanished as she realised he was holding her coat out for her. She blinked. “... Why…”
“Do you not think that can wait? Or were you intending on going swimming?”
“Hue, really,” ___ grumbled, but gratefully took her coat from him and put it on.  She took his hand when he offered it, looking at him with puzzlement. “How come you are here?”
Huedhaut looked at the floor with a sigh. “What a charming way to thank your boyfriend for bringing you your coat.”
“I’m sorry, I-” ___ cut off as Huedhaut looked back up, smiling widely. She sighed heavily and nudged his arm. “That wasn’t fair, Hue!”
“It is your own fault for having such an expressful face,” Huedhaut teased. However, he then regarded her with concern in his eyes. “Even though you now have your coat, we should probably still get out of the rain.”
“If you want me to get out of the rain, you’ll have to tell me how come you are not only here but knew I needed my coat.”
“Now who’s the one not playing fair,” Huedhaut muttered, though he was smirking. He then relaxed into a smile, the raindrops making his hair glint even more than usual. “I would not always call it this but sometimes my divine power is a blessing. I saw a future where you did not take your coat with you when it was needed because logic dictated you didn’t need it. Today seemed to fit that bill.”
“And what would you have done if you were wrong?”
“I would have left and you’d have been none the wiser.”
“Oh…” ___ muttered, clearly a little disappointed. She glanced down at her feet, but then sharply returned her gaze to her boyfriend’s face as he chuckled. “HUE!”
Huedhaut smirked. “I cannot believe even you thought that I was being truthful just then. Obviously if you already had your coat I would not have needed to summon it and I would have just greeted you normally. After all-” he cut off as there was a loud rumble of thunder and the rain started coming down harder. “Ah. This is why vague glimpses of the near future are not always that useful. There’s a better way to make sure you do not get soaked.” Raising his other hand he snapped his fingers.
Arriving back at her apartment in a blink of an eye, ___ smiled softly at him. “You could have done that from the start.”
“Yes, but I know you prefer us to walk together,” he replied in a tone that made it clear he would have actually preferred that himself today at least.
___ took her coat off as well as her jacket as not only had that got quite wet before Huedhaut had called out to her but it was also rather hot in her apartment. There was no need for so many layers right now. She glanced out at the rain that if anything was even harder now, jumping slightly as there was another clap of thunder followed by a very bright flash of lightning. She suddenly found herself enveloped by strong reassuring arms. “... Hue…”
“I did not take you as one to be scared of something as trivial as a thunderstorm after all we have been through.”
“I’m not, it just took me by surprise,” ___ reassured. “You can let go.”
Huedhaut instead pulled her closer, before planting a kiss on her neck. “And what if I said I did not want to do that?”
“Then I would say could we at least face each other? I can hardly kiss you facing away from you.”
The other gripped her tighter at that, the slight reflection in the apartment window making it apparent to ___ that the other was blushing furiously.
“The things you say sometimes…” He muttered quietly, before finally letting go.
As ___ turned round with the intention of doing what she had wanted, it was her turn to be thrown as the other beat her to it and pulled her sharply back to him, their lips meeting in an intense kiss.

What is your uncoming fic schedule? Now that the most anticipated fic has been released. 💓
Number of unfulfilled requests: 3 (though one of those has literally only just come in). I may still have to think on the next of those for a bit, the second is just a generic request that will be fulfilled next time I write something that fits, and the third as I say has only just this second come in.
So as to schedule? It might actually be a non-request next. If I can work out where exactly I'm going with it it might be the Aigonorus/MC fic that I started last year, or maybe I'll go back and try and fulfill the fluffbruary prompts I missed.
TL:DR - Schedule? What's one of those? 😅😆 But to try and give a coherent answer (with the disclaimer it could be something not on this list at all):
1. Sleepless!
Aigonorus/MC, Current word count: 2,723. Percentage Complete: Ehh... I've only just introduced the antagonist. 20-30% ish?
2. (Untitled)
Zyglavis/Reader. Current word count: 451 (for a prompt list). If I'm honest with myself if I've got time to write and I'm not working on a request fic, this one is likely to be the one finished first if only cos I can slip into writing Zyglavis pretty easily. 😅
3. Future Help
Ichthys/MC. Current word count: 488. I had so many Ichthys ideas and I've no idea whether any of the others will even come back now but this one I did at least start. But as you can see from the word count it really is a brief start. Don't be surprised if you see a different Ichthys fic entirely before this one.
(There's also those 938 words towards something that I still need to go ask someone else about. That might never see the light of day though).
Not started:
Tauxolouve x Goddess!Reader (where Reader is the younger sister of Krioff and Zyglavis) (Request), Just some other happy Tauxolouve x Goddess!Reader story request (Which MIGHT end up being a Sequel to Wish of Fate (the Human!Tauxolouve x Goddess!Reader one), but I'm not sure yet), and a sequel to the fic I posted last night with some specifics (Request).

Aww thank you so much, I'm glad this one worked so well for you. 😅
I'm glad you liked that bit of the intro, I couldn't resist playing on how in canon Zig is somehow technically younger than Tauxolouve. 😆
Thank you again. ✨ As to a second part? I will have to see what I can do... 😄
Hello! 🙂
I hope you aren't too busy at the moment.
I would like to request a story where Tauxolouve dies and is reborn as The King's son. Who falls in love with a human girl who became a Goddess. This human girl is not the MC from the game.
The details and the ending are upto you.
Thank you ❤️
Sorry this took a bit longer than I was expecting, though hopefully the length this ended up being explains that! (Was determined to get this up tonight so hopefully I didn't miss anything when rechecking through and formatting on AO3. It's gone midnight here 😅 )
Title: The Reborn Prince and The Ascended Goldfish
Rating: T
Fandom: Star-Crossed Myth
Status: Complete
Total Word Count: 16,832
Pairing: Tauxolouve/Goddess!Reader
Major Characters: Goddess!Reader, Tauxolouve, King of the Heavens, Huedhaut, Karno, Ichthys
Minor Characters: Teorus, Zyglavis, Leon, Aigonorus, Scorpio, Dui, Partheno, Krioff
Genre: Alternate Timeline, Angst, Angst with a Happy Ending
Summary: The King of the Heavens refused to give Tauxolouve a home in the Heavens, but on the night of Tauxolouve's death he realises he had made a mistake and intervenes to raise his soul to that of a full God and raise him as his son.
Thousands of years later, you are a human whose business has failed due to issues beyond your control and when the King of the Heavens offers to raise you to a Goddess to start a new life, you take it.
The King offers you a place in Punishments, but Tauxolouve (who is Minister of Wishes) reveals that both departments are actually a God short right now.
However, The King immediately warns you away from Tauxolouve, and you soon find yourself wrapped up in secrecy in order to avoid the King's disapproval. All on top of discovering your divine powers and getting used to your powers and the other Zodiac Gods.
A/N: As this contains the reader finding out their divine power and talk about other divine powers and their issues, there are at least alluded to spoilers for quite a lot of the routes. Some things are still the same, but as I say this is an alternate timeline and the positions in Wishes are slightly different. As to how? Read the fic to find out! 😉 Not beta read, any mistakes ae my own.
