For the first time ever, I looked in the mirror and liked the reflection.

Even when i was a young ass kid I hated my reflection.

I hated every ounce of myself.

I literally never felt pretty.

I could always "stand to lose some weight"

My eyes were two different shapes

they were an ugly shade of blue

My nose was oddly shaped

But I stood in front of the mirror today and cried.

After such a long time of hating myself for god knows reasons I just liked the reflection.

my hair was messy, yet I love it.

I'm not stick thin yet I love my weight. It fits my outfits perfectly

I'm lucky af to have even boobs.

I'm curvy enough that my thighs are thunder thighs, but I love them.

I don't hate myself

As a Jewish person I ask- where is religious freedom for non-Christians in this new post-Roe era? Judaism tells us that our bodies are sacred and that life begins at birth. It tells us that a person should choose their own life when a pregnancy is endangering them. Some of us even believe that in life-endangering circumstances, abortion is mandatory in order to save the parent's life. About 83% of American Jews support abortion being legal in all/most cases, more than any other religious group. Judaism tells us that we need to do everything we can in order to preserve our own lives.

Where's OUR religious freedom? Does the US Supreme Court truly value religious freedom, or just Christian freedom?

I have a theory that time is constantly changing and we are lightly aware of it. Like you ever have a time where you could’ve sworn the bus costed $1.20 but the bus driver assured you it’s always been $1.60 and slowly your brain starts to remember things differently, like you go from getting 80c back in your mind to getting only 40c back?

Your brain adapts to the “new” information, there could be bigger changes as well, like maybe a tragedy in the past was changed ever so slightly and became better or worse

Like say Hitler got into art school and the paintings that people made of The Jewish people was what motivated him in WW2

But something changed the past and stopped him from being accepted in an attempt to save millions of lives but it only made it worse?

It’s a dumb but interesting theory and yes it was sparked from me not having enough money for the bus
