Hi Im not a man
thetimidpony replied to your post “Would’t it be better to count days of “God not spotted”? Theoretically…”
So I guess you know with a hunred percent certainty that there is no god and nothing even in theory could change your mind? Isn’t that outright disingenious on a philosophical level? I agree and would bet that there is no god but-… The positive claim that there is no god is a theory and a hypothesis. I do not know why people (religious and atheists too) think that weakens an argument. Gravity is a theory too. It is a sound theory that has been proven.
You are mistaken on the definitions of “theory”, “hypothesis”, and “argument”. A theory is something that started as a hypothesis and withstood vigorous testing and peer review, but for which we cannot expressly “prove” so to speak, like gravity. We can see its effects and measure it, even though we cannot directly ‘see’ it.
A hypothesis can be anything. “I am a 2,000 year old Elf in the body of a <2,000 year old human” is technically a hypothesis until proven to be true or proven to be false. The existence of a god or gods is a hypothesis and cannot go past that stage, as there is no evidence to support that claim whatsoever.
An argument has two sides, not a group of blithering idiots claiming to be born of some magical bearded man in the sky who gave them rules like “prevent gay people from being happy” or “stone a woman to death if she speaks out of turn.”

Im about to delete my account but this bitch really think theyre smarter than a person whos been a practising Christian for 18 fucking years bitch no one knows. No one person knows anything. I can recite the context but if you study the blade and immediately say there is no blade, then you dont get to talk shit! We dont know and thats the whole point of faith! Youre missing basics dude. We don't know and we never will know until we are dead! Its preached so many times that we have to take leaps of faith! Outta here with your ego, you should have studied the ancient scrolls' context a little bit harder before saying shit you dont know about! And bitch what life ypure sitting in front of a computer screen spitting on other people's faith, get a life loser
