Polystyrene recycling machine will work to solve Australia's marine pollution problem
As Australia is near the Pacific Ocean, it is also known as Oceania. It is estimated that Australia produces 310,000 tons of waste plastic each year, mostly some straws, PET bottles, polystyrene takeaway containers and plastic bags. To address the issue of litter in the marine environment, the Pacific Island countries recently launched the Pacific Regional Action Plan) (POLP). Australia will invest $16 million in this program over six years (2019-2025), in addition to many other programs to support the reduction and recycling of existing plastics.
These funds are invested in recycling technology, the popularization of the concept, and the purchase of advanced recycling equipment. In the case of polystyrene, a typical plastic, it is not only necessary to purchase polystyrene recycling machines for its recycling, but before that it is more important to popularize the concept of recycling.
There are still many people who do not realize that polystyrene is 100% recyclable because air occupies 98% of it. By squeezing out as much of this air as possible, the remaining portion can be turned into ingots through advanced physical technology. The polystyrene melting machine is based on the aboved mentioned principle of recycling. Since polystyrene does not degrade or deteriorate throughout its life cycle, this means that it is ideal for almost all recovery and recycling.
The polystyrene is processed by polystyrene recycling machine to form ingots, which are the raw material for plastic particles. This plastic particels once be made can be manufactured into a variety of fine products. Through this series of processes, polystyrene that might have gone into landfills, polystyrene that might have flowed into the ecosystem and threatened biological health, and polystyrene that might have caused serious climate problems due to incineration, has become a treasure that can be used again and again.
Of course, not all polystyrene recycling machines can be as professional as GREENAMX - the polystyrene recycling specialist. Experience has led to the fact that GREENMAX has customers all over the world and the number of customers has reached 1000.
A council in Australia - East Gippsland County mainly disposes of polystyrene that is not needed by the residents. initially, the council put the collected polystyrene in storage and sent it to landfill on a regular basis. Gradually, however, the amount of waste polystyrene grew, making storage space increasingly scarce. And increased environmental awareness led the council to look for other, greener ways to recycle. After continuous market research and comparisons, the council purchased the GREENMAX polystyrene melting machine. Thankfully, the use of the machine has resulted in a much more efficient parliament and amounts to a contribution to today's circular economy.
The Australian government has made an example of recycling by offering generous funding and an almost complete program. Australia's marine pollution problem is an urgent need for us to act, and the polystyrene recycling machine will be an important contributor to this.

What does EPS recycling machine bring to EPS intensive use companies in Australia?
A survey released this year by Cleanaway on the recycling habits of Australians shows that people care about recycling - 89% of Australians say it's very important. But only 25% of us are doing it right. Cleanaway is one of Australia's well-established waste recycling and resource companies. In the last financial year, Cleanaway diverted 538 kg of plastic, steel and paper waste from landfill, which will soon be returned to the market as new products.
The reason why Cleanaway has done so well is because the company has a strong sense of recycling and recognizes the right way to recycle. For example, polystyrene, a type of plastic, was mainly disposed of in landfills and incinerated a few years ago. Nowadays, most advanced companies use polystyrene compactors to recycle them.
While recycling is something that has always been done, advanced recycling equipment can make recycling efforts much more efficient. Many companies are working on ways to make polystyrene recycling as easy as throwing it in the trash, such as polystyrene recycling specialist GREENMAX.
GREENMAX uses advanced physical technology to design the machine. Polystyrene is crushed by the machine and extruded into blocks by the screw in two polystyrene, and then becomes blocks of 1 in 50 of its original volume. At this point, the material produced by these machines can be sold to major polystyrene recyclers.
The reduced size of the material blocks makes them easy to transport and does not take up much storage space. However, this is the beginning of the life cycle of polystyrene after it has been disposed of, and it brings much more value than that.
The blocks produced by these machines are the raw material for plastic pellets. The major plastic particle manufacturers make them into particles and then remanufacture them into finished products such as picture frames and skirting that can be sold on the market. This is a complete life cycle of polystyrene, and such a cycle can theoretically reach seven times. Compared to previous landfill methods, the polystyrene compactor has made recycling polystyrene a simple and easy task thanks to science, innovation and perseverance. Such a cycle is a huge change.

Australians have realized that it is a waste not to use the EPS recycling machine
"In Australia, we don't recycle EPS at all, we bury it," says Brad Scott. Two years ago he started recycling at his startup, such as converting used plastic bread labels into food-safe bowls. Now he realizes, like most people, that EPS going into landfills is a new kind of wasteful behavior.
According to the latest Australian Plastics Recycling Survey, nearly 58,000 tonnes of EPS were consumed in Australia in 2018-19. Approximately 45% of this was used in the built environment sector, 21% for electrical and electronic purposes, and 20% for packaging. However, surprisingly, only about 10% of EPS is actually recycled. From the above data, it can be seen that up to 90% of EPS in the disposal of the destination is the landfill. In fact, these EPS can be recycled through an advanced method - the EPS recycling machine to achieve another cycle of life.
Many entrepreneurs like Brad Scott have recognized the importance of recycling early on and have added advanced technologies to the EPS recycling business to promote EPS recycling, such as GREENMAX. The brand provides professional solutions for all major industries involved in EPS worldwide. IKON is the Melbourne recycling company that GREENMAX works with, and the company purchased three EPS compactors from GREENMAX to solve the EPS recycling challenge. In addition to this, GREENMAX also buys the blocks that the company generates through its own machines. For the company, the money invested in the machines came back in another way.
GREENMAX's EPS compactor uses a crushing, physical screw extrusion process to turn fragmented, storage space-occupying, difficult-to-transport EPS into compact blocks, which can be used to make plastic pellets that can then be manufactured into A variety of photo frames, skirting and other products.
Whatever the final product ends up being, it's a million times better than going into a landfill. The Australian people have long been aware of the need to recycle EPS, so let's make use of the EPS recycling machine to help the EPS recycling cause.

Polystyrene compactor continues to develop circular economy as an advanced recycling facility
"Our advanced waste treatment facilities will not only play an important role in Victoria's transition to a circular economy, but will also create new jobs and generate private investment in infrastructure." A new infrastructure for the provision of household waste disposal, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) called South East Metropolitan Advanced Waste Processing Pty Ltd, has recently been established in Melbourne.
Advanced waste treatment facilities are scientifically proven to put waste to more efficient use and change the fate of waste that ends up in landfills. When it comes to advanced waste treatment facilities, polystyrene compactor has to be mentioned. Polystyrene is a common material in life that provides varying degrees of convenience, but discarded polystyrene was once considered a recycling pain point. polystyrene is very large and dense, making it very difficult to transport and costly to transport and time consuming. Many recyclers were discouraged from using polystyrene because, after all, it was the weight of the waste that was important to them.
But when scientific advances propelled the advent of polystyrene compactor, recycling polystyrene no longer seems to be a difficult task. Through two key steps of efficient crushing and compaction, polystyrene is turned into compact blocks, which are the raw material for the popular material plastic particles and can be sold to plastic particle manufacturers. The polystyrene compactor thus offers not only the convenience of recycling, but also the ability to turn polystyrene into a treasure and earn additional income.
Most notably, the polystyrene is turned into particles that can be used to make new products such as picture frames and skirting. This is truly a circular economy, which is the original purpose for which the machine was designed. GREENMAX is one of the many companies working to get polystyrene fully recycled rather than discarded.
IKON is a Melbourne-based recycling company whose business is closely linked to polystyrene. The company purchased three polystyrene compactors and was able to save storage space in a short period of time to prevent large amounts of polystyrene from being stored in kenen. The company purchased three polystyrene compactors and was able to save storage space in a short period of time to prevent possible fires caused by large amounts of polystyrene storage. The company also sold the blocks generated by the machines to GREENMAX, so it seems that the money invested in the machines came back in a different way. The company is very satisfied with GREENMAX and is willing to continue working with GREENMAX.
As a state-of-the-art recycling facility, polystyrene compactor not only improves the efficiency of recycling, but also allows for a change in the final destination of waste. In other words, it promotes the development of a circular economy. Economic recycling is not that far away, if people join the polystyrene recycling initiative.

Polystyrene melting machine will make a substantial difference to Australia's climate
The Climate Commission has produced a series of reports comparing Australia's performance and commitment to greenhouse gas emissions reductions, and its extraction and use of fossil fuels, globally ahead of next month's COP26 climate summit in Glasgow. The report found Australia ranked last among all rich developed countries.
Protecting the climate is a matter of urgency for Australia, and we as citizens should start by doing small things. For example, is it possible to dispose of polystyrene without burning it in the traditional way? Is it possible to recycle polystyrene in a different way that does not pollute the climate?
Fortunately, advanced technology has given birth to the polystyrene melting machine, a professional machine for polystyrene recycling. Unlike incineration, there are no climate-threatening gases in the process. We can imagine that the original small density and large volume of polystyrene shrinkage j do not have to occupy so much storage space after the major polystyrene recyclers have brought a lot of convenience. The original polystyrene is much more difficult to handle than glass, cardboard and other waste.
Many companies are committed to recycling more waste polystyrene, such as GREENMAX, a polystyrene recycling specialist, whose polystyrene melting machine has a compression ratio of up to 1 in 90. The brand's machines can be placed in vehicles, warehouses or in various places where they can be easily recycled. The machines are easy to operate and have adequate safety measures, so workers can quickly get up and running.
It is well known that polystyrene is used in large quantities for the transport and storage of fruits and vegetables. One of GREENMAX's customers is Epping VIC, located in the north of Melbourne's CBD. The company is the largest wholesale trading center for cut flowers, vegetables and fruit in Victoria. In the course of its business, it naturally generates a lot of waste polystyrene boxes.
The company had a headache with this and by chance learned about the solution offered by GREENMAX and discovered that it was also possible to recycle polystyrene boxes with a recycling machine. After purchasing and using the GREENMAX polystyrene melting machine, the company's problem was solved and the overall efficiency was improved.
It's time for Australia to take steps to protect the climate, starting with small things like putting waste polystyrene into polystyrene recycling machines instead of burning them. polystyrene recycling machines help Australia make a substantial difference to the climate protection. This is not just about saving face in international rankings, but also about Australia's economic future and ensuring that our children and grandchildren will not only survive, but prosper economically.

The polystyrene recycling machine brings new polystyrene solutions to the recycling business at different levels of benefit
The Australian Government has developed a new Australian Waste and Resource Recovery Data and Reporting Standard after 18 months of consultation with the waste recovery industry and individual state and territory governments. The standard will eliminate the previous independent development of state and territory data systems, as the various differences between these systems can lead to increased costs and uncertainty for national waste businesses and difficulties in producing national reports and data sets, and difficulties in coordinating state and territory policies.
This shows that the Australian government is taking waste recycling very seriously, after all, this is an era of sustainable development. Rather than going to landfill, waste should remain with humans in a different form. It is as if after the knowledge, people are able to realize that polystyrene is a waste that can be 100% recycled after squeezing out the air. So the polystyrene recycling machine came to the forefront of people's minds as an amazing technological achievement. It has brought polystyrene recycling to a new level.
The polystyrene recycling machine is designed for the small density and large volume of polystyrene. The fast and furious crushing function combined with the physical squeezin function reduces the volume of polystyrene by a factor of several dozen. The polystyrene recycling machine is designed for the small density and large volume of polystyrene. The fast and furious crushing function combined with the physical squeezing function reduces the volume of polystyrene by a factor of several dozen. For example, the polystyrene compactor from the polystyrene recycling specialist GREENMAX can reduce polystyrene to one 50th of its original volume.
Whether we sell the compacted blocks to PS particle recyclers or simplify our shipping process and free up storage space, the purchase of a recycling machine is a worthwhile investment. One of GREENMAX's partners is IKON, a Melbourne-based recycling company that chose GREENMAX after learning about and comparing recycling machines in various markets and purchasing three polystyrene compactors from GREENMAX. The company was able to save space in a short period of time. In addition to this, GREENMAX buys the blocks generated by the company through the machines, so that the money invested in the machines comes back in another way. The company is very pleased with GREENMAX and is willing to continue working with GREENMAX.
Recycling is a long term process and we need to take a long term view of polystyrene recycling. The polystyrene recycling machine brings new opportunities to the recycling business and changes the fate of waste polystyrene for good. GREENMAX contributes to the recycling business with us in a green way and creates polystyrene sustainability together.

GREENMAX polystyrene melting machine promotes polystyrene recycling in Australia as a recycling facility
Recently, the Australian government has taken steps to encourage recycling. There is currently more than $420 million available in waste and resource recovery grants around Australia. Of this grants, $7 million will be spent on new or expanded recycling facilities in remote areas of Australia.
In the case of polystyrene, a typical recyclable material, the polystyrene melting machine is an essential recycling facility. In contrast to polystyrene that is disposed of in traditional landfill incineration, the polystyrene melting machine treats material that will continue to participate in human life. The machine recycles polystyrene instead of becoming a pile of waste or a cause of environmental pollution.
The machine crushes and compresses the bulky polystyrene into compact blocks, which are precisely the raw material for PS particles, not useless scrap. And finally this blocks can be sold to major PS particle manufacturers. Thus, it is necessary to invest in polystyrene recycling machines.
But different recycling machines produce vastly different materials, and when it comes to polystyrene, one has to think of the polystyrene recycling specialist GREENMAX. Close to 1000 companies worldwide have found polystyrene recycling solutions through it.
One of the government clients GREENMAX worked with, East Gippsland Shire Council, started disposing of residents' unwanted polystyrene in 2018. at first, the council put the collected polystyrene in storage and sent it to landfill regularly. But gradually, the amount of waste polystyrene grew larger and larger, making storage space increasingly in short supply. In addition, the disposal of polystyrene in landfills is not in line with today's sustainable development, as it causes environmental pollution. After continuous market research and comparison, the council purchased the GREENMAX polystyrene melting machine.
The Council's use of the polystyrene melting machine has solved the problem of storage space, and to a certain extent, to achieve a circular economy. The Australian government's sponsorship of recycling shows the importance the country attaches to recycling, so we as citizens should also do our part to contribute to a greener planet.

EPS recycling machine responds positively to EPA's strategic plan for the next three years
Recently, EPA released a new strategic plan outlining areas of focus for the next three years (2021-2024): sustainability, waste, water quality, legacy and emerging pollutants, and climate change.
This strategy is reminiscent of EPS, a material that is common in our daily lives. Because of its excellent insulation and shockproof properties and its low price, EPS is used on a large scale in logistics and transportation, in the restaurant industry and in the fishing industry. However, the waste of EPS is a headache for all industries concerned, as improper disposal can pollute water, land and air, and even human health.
The EPS recycling machine
was created to comply with the above-mentioned strategy of water quality protection and sustainability. The EPS recycling machine was created in line with the above-mentioned strategy to protect water quality and sustainability. The machine crushes and extrudes the EPS into blocks, the raw material for the popular material PS pellets, which are snapped up by recyclers around the world because they can be made into beautiful picture frames, skirting and other products. This largely realizes the circular economy of EPS.
When it comes to EPS recycling machines, it's hard not to think of GREENMAX, the experts in EPS recycling who have helped nearly 1,000 companies around the world solve the headache of recycling. In terms of the above mentioned machines processing the resulting blocks, the quality of the output material varies from brand to brand, and GREENMAX is a trusted brand, so the quality of the output material is also very good.
An Australian recycler that GREENMAX works with had been struggling with discarded fruit and vegetable boxes. After much comparison and research, they purchased the GREEMAX EPS compactor to compress the discarded EPS boxes. With the machine, recycling efficiency has increased and additional revenue can be generated by selling blocks.
Overall, the EPS recycling machine is a machine that fits the EPA strategy. Both individuals and companies need to actively meet the EPA's strategy this time, because the main purpose is to protect the environment and the earth. In addition, investing in a GREENMAX EPS  recycling machine is worthwhile because it not only saves transportation and labor costs, but also helps to protect the environment.

EPS compactor can solve the problem of waste EPS for all walks of life
Due to the rapid growth of the e-commerce industry, millions of customers are accustomed to buying goods online, so foam packaging material waste is everywhere, which puts a huge pressure on our environment. Similarly, due to the gradual development of the fishing industry, most of the EPS boxes used for fish will be abandoned after use, and even if they are recycled, they face high recycling and transportation costs. There is also the construction industry will usually use EPS as a raw material for mineral fiber sandwich panels, these raw materials are cut from the remaining part of the waste but also seems to have no other use, usually will be discarded to cause pollution. Waste EPS if not properly disposed of will cause a very appalling white pollution, which can be harmful to the sea, soil and even the human body. In short, waste EPS has become the cause of headaches in all walks of life。
Various countries have begun to realize the importance of proper disposal of EPS and have enacted relevant laws. Traditional EPS disposal methods are no longer suitable for today’s sustainable society. Landfill or incineration, either way is a secondary burden on the environment again. EPS compactor caters to the concept of sustainable development and is very environmentally friendly and green.
The EPS compactor, a type of screw compactor, is based on the principle of cold pressing technol ogy. The EPS is first crushed and then physically compressed by means of a screw. It’s advantage is that it is odorless when it is compressed. Even if foam has residual water in it, it can continue to be processed, such as fish boxes, fruit and vegetable boxes, etc. Since there is no heating step in the compression process, it is even more energy efficient. The compression technology does not damage the internal physical properties of the material and keeps the properties of the EPS intact.
An Australian recycler purchased the GREENMAX EPS compactor APOLO series to compact their waste fruit and vegetable boxes. and shipping costs, etc. and to reduce the volume of EPS to 1 in 50 of the original. through this fruit and vegetable box recycling, not only can facilitate the reduction of EPS waste in Australia, but also can save a lot of storage fees and freight costs, etc.
Australia’s leading online appliance retail platform Appliances online has also worked with GREENMAX. EPS provides protection for appliances that are prone to bumps and bruises in transit, so as the industry has grown, EPS scrap has become more and more common. Until the company used the GREENMAX recycling machine, it saved a lot of money in labor and recycling costs and turned the EPS recycling program into a profitable one.
In addition to the above two typical examples, due to the excellent characteristics of EPS, other industries will have discarded EPS after use, but after EPS recycling machine processing, these EPS will not only not pollute the environment, but also save money and turn waste into treasure. In short, EPS Compactor can help people with EPS processing problems in various industries to solve this problem.

Please put the Polystyrene in the Polystyrene recycling machine instead of in the trash
If all garbage was put in the trash, there would be a lot of recyclable stuff that would be landfilled or burned. Unfortunately, polystyrene, a recyclable material, is becoming a source of pollution, some being burned and polluting the air, some being landfilled for a short time and taking up limited land resources, and some being discarded as a major source of ocean pollution.
Polystyrene is recyclable, but its light weight means that it is difficult to collect from curbside containers. It often blows away and turns into trash. polystyrene is both difficult and expensive to transport, so many municipal recycling programs don’t accept it. “Put away your polystyrene box, I don’t want it to float in the wind and take hundreds of years to decompose.” Polystyrene recycling is always an issue. It is worth noting that polystyrene is composed of 98% air, which can be 100% recycled after extrusion. It would be a shame if these 100 percent recyclable treasures were landfilled or burned.
In fact, a professional polystyrene recycling machine is all that is needed to solve the above problem. As one of the recycling machine to handle polystyrene in the United States, the polystyrene compactor of GREENMAX, on the one hand, it can reduce the volume of foam and transportation cost, on the other hand, it can provide higher density material for the later crushing and material making to improve the efficiency of material making.
Compressed polystyrene will be the raw material for most XPS insulation panels, framing products and disposable food containers. The GREENMAX polystyrene recycling machine gives polystyrene a chance to be reborn. The otherwise discarded and wasted polystyrene has a new purpose. Please put the Polystyrene in the Polystyrene recycling machine instead of in the trash. If you are an individual dealing with daily polystyrene waste, you can find a local recycling community or contact a recycling center to deal with it. This will not only turn 100% recyclable polystyrene into treasure, but will also contribute to the protection of the environment and the planet.

Solving some fires with GREENMAX polystyrene recycling machine as a weapon
I’m sure we’ve all heard about the horrific Australian fire some time ago. This fire caused widespread destruction, casualties and the death of some rare animals. The fire was of unprecedented scale and attracted international attention.
Fires, when they occur, always have serious consequences. But as someone said, “You are the only one who can prevent fires”, there is a huge connection between environmental protection and fires.
In certain areas and at certain times, it is legal to burn garbage. Take the common polystyrene in life, usually these waste polystyrene will be used in the traditional incineration method, but this incineration can easily cause fire hazards, and sometimes a little carelessness will be out of control. In fact, it is possible to use other treatment methods according to the characteristics of polystyrene. For example, professional polystyrene recycling machine, this way even polystyrene can achieve the development of recycling.
Since polystyrene has a small density and large volume, the air in it can be squeezed out using a recycling machine. The polystyrene recycling specialist GREENMAX’s polystyrene compactor can reduce the size of polystyrene to one 50th of its original size. And by means of crushing and physical extrusion, the waste polystyrene becomes the raw material for the popular material PS pellets, making polystyrene truly recyclable. recycling.
GREENMAX has worked with countless companies and nearly 1,000 customers around the world, which is a testament to GREENMAX’s expertise. GREENMAX’s Australian insulation board manufacturer customers have had many questions about the difficulty of disposing of waste polystyrene. When it used GREENMAX’s polystyrene recycling machine, this problem was solved and it was able to sell the material blocks or ingots produced by the machine to major recyclers. In this way, the money invested in the machine will soon be returned.
GREENMAX is also an expert in the polystyrene recycling business and is actively involved in the prevention of fires. In other words, the GREENMAX recycling machine will be used as a weapon against some fires.

EPS recycling machine is a key “weapon” for the largest commercial EPS recycler in Australia
In its recent National Plastics Plan, the Australian government proposed two things: one was to phase out the problematic and unnecessary use of expanded polystyrene (EPS) by the end of 2022, and the other was to reduce the amount of EPS disposed of in landfills. This plan immediately became the primary focus of many businesses and councils.
EPS is a highly problematic waste stream that can take hundreds of years to break down in landfills if it is not handled carefully. Because 98% of EPS is airborne, EPS takes up a lot of space in landfills and can easily be blown away and into our waterways and natural environment causing serious white pollution. Happily, EPS is uniquely recyclable and can be fully reprocessed, diverting waste from landfills and helping to reduce the need for the oil from which it is derived.
As Australia’s largest commercial recycler of EPS, Ecycle Solutions collects waste EPS from businesses at an affordable price, saving them up to 70% in disposal costs, including labor and transportation costs. Ecycle Solutions uses an EPS recycling machine to recycle EPS. The machine processes EPS into new products such as outdoor furniture, decorative panels, picture frames and skirting boards.
A professional EPS recycling machine will indeed make the recycling business work twice as hard. GREENMAX is an expert in recycling machines and has worked with many well-known companies around the world and has received great praise. So, how does an EPS compactor achieve EPS compression? The EPS is first crushed and then compressed and molded by means of physical extrusion with a screw. The advantage of this treatment is that, on the one hand, the volume of foam can be reduced, reducing transportation costs, and on the other hand, the material can be provided with higher density for the later crushing process to enhance the efficiency of the material.
As mentioned above, the EPS recycling machine plays an important role in the EPS recycling business, and Ecycle Solutions has become the largest recycler thanks to the support of the recycling machine, saving companies money and creating more value by making new products. From now on, EPS will no longer be seen as a waste but as a new opportunity.

GREENMAX EPS recycling machine contributes to the postponement of the Earth Overshoot Day
Do you know that this year's Earth Overshoot Day is one of the earliest on record? This year, the Earth's ability to support life each year is earlier than at any other time in history, and Earth Overshoot Day marks the year "when human demand for ecological resources and services in a given year exceeds the Earth's ability to regenerate in that year." EPS as a kind of plastic caused by white pollution is undoubtedly a big burden on the planet.
While the idea of cleaning up an EPS-covered planet is daunting, we can stop adding to the existing mess for example by recycling through professional EPS recycling machines instead of using disposable EPS. The GREENMAX EPS compactor as a recycling machine first crushes the foam and then compresses it by physically squeezing it with a screw. On one hand, it can reduce the volume and transportation cost of EPS, on the other hand, it can provide a higher density of material for the later crushing process and improve the efficiency of the material. Compressed EPS can be reused, thus reducing the burden on the planet.
Recycled polystyrene can be manufactured into high quality recycled PS plastic granules through EPS compactor, with purity up to 99% and quality close to the level of pure new material, which can be widely used in insulation board industry, food packaging material industry and garment industry. Eco-friendly frame products involve photo frames, mirror frames, picture frames, dressing mirrors, decorative paintings, etc., which are widely used in home decoration and art framing industries in various industries all over the world. Using recycled products protects our global environment and avoids the alarming environmental degradation that comes from manufacturing new products from scratch.
Please use the bad news about the earliest-ever Earth Overload Day as an opportunity for change. These steps are the fruits of sustainable living within reach. Please trust the professionalism of GREENMAX, GREENMAX EPS recycling machine contributes to the postponement of the Earth Overshoot Day.

What does Australia's Waste Export Ban Mean for Polystyrene Industry?
According to the Environment Government Australia, from 1 July 2021, if you are involved in the waste plastic industry, you must have a license to export waste plastics that have been sorted and further processed, for example, into plastic particles. By mid-2024 when the full waste export ban comes into effect, Australia must recycle around 645,000 additional tonnes of waste plastic, paper, glass, and tires each year. For the ban to be effective, a lot of things need to go right for the polystyrene industry.
Preventing Waste Polystyrene into Landfills
Although the export ban on sending mixed plastics overseas for recycling comes into effect on July 1, it could see recyclable items such as polystyrene sent to landfills. Actually, polystyrene is composed of 98% air and can be totally recycled by a professional polystyrene recycling machine. Transporting waste polystyrene to landfills requires high transportation costs and a huge waste of potentially valuable resources.
"We don't want this plastic to go into landfill, there's no need for it to go into landfill,” said Environment Minister Sussan Ley, who has questioned the industry's claim it is not prepared for the plastic export ban.  It’s far better to prevent waste polystyrene into landfills to reduce the generation of waste in the first place.
Holding the Principle of “waste-to-energy”
Holding fast to the principle that “waste-to-energy” is just a last line of defense against landfills for waste materials with no current or potential future value. But waste polystyrene is a misplaced resource since it can be recycled and reused as mentioned above.
Once it is squeezed out of the air inside with a professional recycling machine such as Polystyrene Compactor, the bulky polystyrene waste will become a dense compressed block, which is convenient for storage and transportation, and further processed and pelletized into new products such as photo frames and mirror frames, realizing the rebirth of waste.
As Ms. Ley said, "Consumers have every right to expect that what they put in the recycling bin gets recycled." The Polystyrene Compactor will be a good hand to realize the true recycling of polystyrene waste.
Preparing Export Licences for Recycling Companies
So far, plastic waste sorted into single resin or polymer types can be exported for another 12 months, if exporters are granted a license by the federal environment department. But next year that too will be banned, with only plastic that has been sorted and processed into another material eligible for export. Our waste and recycling industry will need to capture more recycling materials and to do so cost-effectively.
For polystyrene manufacturers or recyclers, if you initially compact your large-volume waste polystyrene through a Polystyrene Compactor, and then apply for an export license, you can still dispose of your polystyrene waste normally to reduce costs and obtain additional benefits, since the compressed polystyrene blocks occupy less space and can be sold at a reasonable price to regenerate new products.

Why is a EPS compactor a good choice for EPS foam recycling?
EPS is a very familiar material in our daily life. The food service packaging industry, the electronics packaging industry, the fishing industry, and the logistics industry are the main sources of EPS waste. Its unique properties make EPS more and more widely used, but it is because of its special properties, EPS recycling becomes more problematic. These wastes EPS is very easy in the process of storage collection caused by fire also because of its large size is not convenient for transport.
In recent years, the key to the recycling of these "white pollution" waste is the collection and transportation of foam waste. Due to the lack of technology and professional EPS recycling machine, the recovery rate of EPS in developing countries is very low. Even in developed countries in Europe and the United States, EPS disposal has been mainly to landfill or incineration, so that the soil and air have a certain degree of pollution, but also obviously not suitable for the shortage of land resources in the country.
Therefore, the GREENMAX EPS Comapctor INTCO recycling is designed with a cold compression technology that is truly energy efficient and environmentally friendly. It is easy to operate and has a compression ratio of 50:1. all of which makes it ideal for EPS foam recycling. Depending on the material and volume, we can recommend different models of EPS recycling machines or even custom machines. To date, we have sold nearly 1000 machines worldwide and have received positive feedback from various markets.
Mainfreight, a leading global logistics company, produces 70-100 cubic meters of waste polystyrene and packaging waste per week from opening white goods and furniture packaging because of appliance transportation. After a period of using the recycling machine, Mainfreight's director praised the polystyrene recycling as not only saving NZ$50,000 per year in waste disposal bonuses, but also bringing in nearly NZ$2W per year in revenue. It also contributes to the protection of the environment.
To sum up, EPS compactor a good choice for EPS foam recycling and solving EPS waste problem. Choosing GREENMAX is the same as choosing one of the world's most professional EPS recycling teams and the most stable partners.

GREENMAX Polystyrene recycling machine plays its part in achieving Australia's national packaging goals for 2025
In 2018, Australia set ambitious national packaging targets for 2025, including 100% of packaging will be reusable, recyclable or compostable by 2025, and 70% of plastic packaging will be recycled or composted by 2025, which  apply to all packaging manufactured, used and sold in Australia. The goals create new sustainable pathways for the way we manage packaging in Australia.
As you can see above, recycling plastics is a matter of urgency. Polystyrene as a type of plastic is a material that has been widely used for many years. It is often used in packaging, construction materials, containers, etc. This material is favored because of its high temperature resistance, shock resistance and other protective advantages. To recycle polystyrene, it is recommended to use the professional GREENMAX Polystyrene recycling machine.
An Australian recycler purchased a GREENMAX Polystyrene recycling machine to compact foam polystyrene. They use the GREEMAX Polystyrene compactor APOLO series to compact their discarded fruit and vegetable boxes. GREENMAX helps them to process large volumes of discarded fruit and vegetable boxes and reduce the volume of polystyrene to 1 in 50. by recycling fruit and vegetable boxes in this way, it not only facilitates the reduction of polystyrene waste in Australia, but also It can save a lot of money in storage and shipping costs.
The loose polystyrene processed by recycling machine will become the raw material for making plastic particles – polystyrene blocks. Finally, it has become the picture frame, skirting line, and other products, which are sold at home and abroad.
From this it seems that GREENMAX Polystyrene recycling machine plays its part in achieving Australia's national packaging goals for 2025.
