The best times to go on the beach are at the crack of dawn, the midday sun and when it rains, choose the far corners as your spot, that is if you want it mostly to yourself because solo beach time is glorious and a necessity, anyway these are just my humble observations. Found some goodies on the rocks today <33333

On my second day back home I went swimming early in the morning with my mother as we usually do to begin the day. A gentle man started speaking to her, he's a patient of my father. He was going fishing, my mother said go! So I got on this boat and we cruised around the bay for 4 hours. He said that my father is his father because doctors patients are their children, because you must have a lot of love in you to care for others. So shout out to doctors & nurses & teachers & carers. (at St. Vincent, Kingstown)
