Sorry, I’m going to delay the start of the tournament for a bit due to burnout, the submission form will remain open until I say otherwise though!

Welcome!

This tournament is for the pairs that put aside their differences to fight a common enemy, to those that were once in opposing factions becoming the best of friends, and to many other enemies becoming allies!

(This tournament is run by Mod Sky (she/they), I have also run @eggcrackerbracket and am currently running @nintendo-rpg-characters-2023)

Rules:

The relationship between the characters must be platonic (this isn't enemies to lovers)

While pairs are preferred, groups of 3 are allowed.

Unless stated otherwise, two seats maximum per franchise.

No one from real life is allowed.

No Harry Potter characters.

SMP characters are allowed but only one pair/trio gets a seat and Dream (or any of his current friends) cannot be a member of the pair/trio. (Their status as fictional has been confirmed by the creators but fans are divided, thanks to @transgenderswagcompetition for the infodump as seen here)

Hate speech and any form of discrimination towards other people or participants in this poll will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Would you still consider it platonic if there's a one-sided crush?

I'm not sure, I'll treat one-sided crushes on a case by case basis, so it's fine to submit it anyways just in case.

would i be able to submit like, two teams that were enemies and became allies? because there are so many pairings within those teams it’s hard to pick one and i don’t want to spam with a bunch from the same source

To keep it fair I'm going to say no...

However I wouldn't consider it spam as long as it's different pairs each time.
