it's funny that i used to be this very open and very friendly person many years ago until one day, the things i shared were used against me and i started walling up. For years, I only trusted people that i'm closed with. And these past few months, i started walling up more that i'm not opening as much to my very closest friends. I feel like i'm gonna ruin their day or disturb them with my silly sad bad mental breakdowns and stories.

behind these internal struggles, i kept thinking i lost so many people in my life and right now i only have like 3-4 close friends in my life and i feel like i'm gonna lose them too.

tomorrow’s my passport renewal and it’s making me really anxious because my picture for tomorrow will be it for the next ten years and??? 

Just thinking of the thought showing my passport on my mid-to late 30s with that same old picture from 2023.

i ghosted my therapist. i guess i have to find a new one again.
