2. Breathing in the other's smell
Your husband was the possessive kind, always making sure everyone else knew you were his. Every once in a while though his soft self did shine through. It was rare when you were in public but since you got married you've seen him dropping his cold demeanor when he's at home more often.
It was a warm morning in the Capitol so you weren't wearing anything other than a simple dress. Well simple but it was Coriolanus that got it for you so it was special to you. He adored seeing you in the clothes he bought for you.
"It's a nice morning isn't it?" He asked as his arms wrapped right below your breasts.
"Warmer than yesterday. We'll be able to go to the lake soon. Are you looking forward to it?" He hummed in confirmation, his breath tickling your ear, soon joined by his lips. You melted against him, noticing his hair getting longer by the way it tickled you. A long inhale against your neck made you shiver, "Coryo, are you smelling me?" You asked between fits of giggles.
"Your scent mixes well with that of Spring. I look forward to it every year." He tickled the back of your neck with his nose as he bent down, planting a quick kiss there before moving to the other side of your neck to do the same. These were these small parts of Coriolanus, the parts that no on else got to see, that made you fall deeper and deeper in love with him.

April 30, 1964:
For the first time, Elvis had his hair done by Larry Geller. Geller became, not just a hair guy, but a spiritual guide as well.
At the time, Geller worked for the salon owned by Jay Sebring, one of the victims in the Manson Family murders at the Polanski/Tate home. Geller would later publish books on hair, and several on Elvis.

journalist: “I hear from a lot of people in the press court that you really are a shy, humble, wonderful human being. Do you agree with that?”
Elvis: “Oh I don’t know what makes them think that, I think, you know, this gold belt.” *laughs*

In the summer of 1948, a woman walked into a drug store in Tupelo, Mississippi, to drop off film to be developed when she realized she had one exposure left.
She noticed a young boy outside the drugstore and asked him to pose with his bicycle so she could finish the roll and turn it in.
Only years later did she realize that it was a young Elvis Presley.
