“I was lucky enough to grow up in the beautiful hills of Herefordshire, where I lived for the freedom I had among nature. As I started to find out more and more about how global warming was effecting our climate, I was devastated and felt I wanted to ‘do my bit’. I really feel that, as humans living on this planet, we have a responsibility to understand our climate and how we are affecting it. The human race has endeavoured to become more powerful, more reliable, more sustainable, but to what end? Cutting down trees to build more factories, drilling more holes to find oil, burning fuel to drive our cars. Of course I understand that in order to succeed as a human race we need to evolve on this planet, but when did we start working against it rather than with it? For the last few years I have voiced my passion about climate change. I want to show people that there are things we can do to help reverse the damage that has been done.
