Seriously guys. I’ve been the victim of cyberbullying and irl bullying time and time again, and it is the worst feeling in the world. You can’t know how someone will react to something. You can’t tell what will push people over the edge. And you can’t understand what that means to someone if you’ve never been there yourself. So, I have a message for everyone:

Think before you act.

Respect others for who they are and choose to be.

Putting someone else down will not make you feel any better.

I do not care what your intentions are, whether you think you’re joking or not. DO. NOT. SAY THINGS LIKE THAT TO ANYONE. People are people, and people are capricious. You can’t know how someone will react, so do not risk it. It’s not funny. It’s not cute. It’s not cool. It will not make you any prettier, skinnier, or more popular to call someone else ugly, fat, or unpopular.

I just have a lot of ~feelings about tumblr. Like a lot. Even though I'm not like, friendly, or any of that shit... I still really, really love the beautiful things that are happening on this site. The amazing amount of camaraderie, support, encouragement, and pure LOVE that the people here on tumblr (and specifically the Brittana fandom) produce is just astounding. Thank you, tumblr, for being that space that is constantly loving and accepting.
