I just saw someone mention using the tender inner bamboo skins as rice wraps and I feel like there is no info on that? Do you have to cook them for a long time like the bamboo itself? I don't even really know how you do rice wraps.

But also BIZARRE to me to see foragerchef asking about how foraged bamboo smells like a professional forager has never foraged bamboo? I don't know where he lives, maybe it's not around. But he does a lot of obscure stuff and hasn't done bamboo shoots? I guess some people don't both but it's one of the more useful ones
